Have you noticed your weight loss slowing down lately, even if you’re staying consistent? Or… are you struggling to stay consistent?

We’re two full weeks into the 2020 Keto Challenge, and this is generally when I see a lot of questions or frustration. So if you’re struggling with something, or curious about anything, leave a comment and let’s discuss it! 😉

Most people share their “total pounds lost” since starting, but you can also share inches lost if you’re tracking body measurements.

And I always LOVE to hear ANY other non-scale victories (NSV’s) as well! ⭐️

    I had a bad weekend. I am up 2 if the 6 I had lost.. getting back to basics today. Hope everyone is well

    I lost a combined 4.1 the first two weeks, this week I was the same. I have not ate off plan, so its frustrating. I will keep plugging away. My goal this year was an average of 2 pounds per week for a 96 pound loss this year.

    I feel really good. My sleep is getting better. I found a couple recipes I use as a dessert/treat so my sweet tooth can be satisfied. I am rocking it!

    I feel like my weight loss is very slow. The last time I did Keto, the weight came off fast. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. Maybe I’m not eating enough fat?? I think I will try that this week and see what happens.

      I’m in your boat. Also, the one time I was consuming 120 grams of fat per day and the weight was averaging 4 pounds per week. Also, I was tracking religiously. I’m going to up my fats as well.

    Hi Lynn, I have about 7 lbs to go to meet my goal weight. I’ll get with in a pound or 2 of my goal but can’t maintain it. How do you maintain and do you have a goal weight that you’re trying to get to?

    I’m staying same but finding it hard to stay focused and I think it’s because I don’t do recipes lol but continuing to stick with it I only need to lose 5 lbs to hit my goal so it’s slow going

    I just started the keto diet, do I have to fast at all and I’m a snacker, where can I find healthy low carb snacks, I weigh 190 5 foot 6 in, trying to lose 45 lbs, it’s not been an easy start, I’m really trying though, need to know what fruits I can eat, thank you

    I’m 282 this week . Does anyone have any tips or simple meal plans , am I not eating enough fats ? I’ve been weighing myself daily and it keeps going up and down . Is there a keto for dummies ..

    Hi Lynn and all my fellow keto followers,
    I’m all in on my second attempt with this woe. It’s going okay, I’m up a pound and a half from last week but it’s not discouraging me. I think it’s just the nature of weight loss it fluctuates. Also I was eating too much dairy. Anyway my energy level is increased and I feel good.
    Just want encourage you all to keep going…☺
