How did the first week go for you? It’s weigh-in day for the 2020 Keto Challenge… I can’t wait to hear your results so far! 🙂

If you’re in our private Facebook group, the official weigh-in post is here. If you aren’t on Facebook (or prefer not to post on Facebook), simply leave a comment on this post with your results so far instead – or your starting weight if you’re just joining us.

    I was feeling really discouraged when I stepped in the scale and didn’t even lose a pound. In fact I gained 2 ounces.
    Not great but I’m not going to give up.

      Hi Kahleel 🙂 It’s not uncommon to only see a little fluctuation the first week. How is it going now, two weeks in? If you still aren’t seeing any weight loss, let me know. I’m happy to discuss details and help you tweak for great results!

      p.s. I love that “I’m not going to give up” part!

        Hi, I weighed in today and I still at the same weight. I’ve been tracking my macros, fasting and working out a little. I’m not going to give up but it is disappointing. I’m not pleased at all.

    lost 5lbs this 1st week. Been hitting the gym while relearning this WOE. Praying I have significant weight loss this time.

      Well done, Michelle! Exercise is so good for you, both physically and mentally. Just keep in mind you want to play the long game. 😉 There will be holds and fluctuations, those are all a normal part of the weight loss trend, with changes to body composition and your overall health being the REAL goal.

    I had a good first week. Lost 3.8 pounds. I wasn’t hungry. Happy with my results. I’m looking forward to this week.

    I find it extremely hard to track my food. Only at lunch and dinner time because to keep my husband engaged with this WOE I try new recipes all the time. It’s frustrating to log all ingredients into a recipe builder so I can have it in MFP. So…I don’t. If I don’t see results then I know that is my downfall and maybe I’ll be motivated to do it. Until then, I check labels and keep a mental note of my carbs. I’m open to any suggestions. I pray great success for those in this challenge!

      That seems fair enough Candy, especially if you’re noting ingredients / carbs and only eating until satisfied. I say it’s a great trade-off to keep the husband on board! 🙂

      3 pounds lost the first week is GREAT by the way. Nice work!
