What if we had a challenge with NO weigh-in at all. That sounds crazy, right? But it’s exactly what I have in store for you – next. 😉
First though, let’s wrap up our current challenge…
It’s time for our final weigh in!
If you’re in our private Facebook group, here’s the Final Weigh In post to share your total pounds lost since you started our 2020 Keto Challenge.
If you aren’t on Facebook (or prefer not to post on Facebook), simply leave a comment on this post with your results so far instead.
I would love to hear any other “non scale victories” (NSV’s) you’ve experienced as well! 🎯

I have been “eating keto” and on my low carb weight loss journey for 9 years now. I have had more than my fair share of struggles, setbacks and “failures” – or what seemed like failures at the time.
In hindsight though, they were simply learning curves – not failures.
Every struggle taught me something about myself, or made me aware of an issue I hadn’t considered before. That awareness made me feel discouraged at first (like finding out I was a binge eater, for example), then it made me angry (when I dug deep and realized WHY), then… it made me determined.
Every setback made me FEEL weak.
But looking back… I see now how much stronger they made me. Every single one a stepping stone to more self confidence and a deeper commitment.
Why? Because I kept bouncing back.
I never failed, because I never quit.
I’m still right here, still working on my goal.
And what is my goal?
To be the happiest, healthiest version of myself.
That’s my goal for YOU as well.

It’s been a tough week here.
Apologies for being a bit out of touch.
I hope you’re doing well, and ready to get back in the swing of things – together. 🙂
I’m excited about my next few update for you, and think you’ll be excited too. One of which is a NEW challenge, starting soon, with NO weigh-in’s and LOTS of fun!
I would love to hear from you…
How are you, considering everything that’s going on?
What are your WINS or what did you learn from this challenge, assuming you participated? And… what are you focused on most right now in your journey to better health and more happiness?
Best,
Lynn Terry,
aka @LowCarbTraveler

Lynn,
Can you touch on binge eating? I stuck to low carb way of eating for 1 1/2 years and then got off track. How did you stop binge eating?
15.8 pounds lost since Jan 6th. Not easy, cravings are less, really only a couple of cheats, small, and right back on. Planning is the key for me. I made up my mind not to be discouraged with a 1 pound loss each week. About 20 more to go. Still waiting for the increased energy, as I am a nurse and pretty tired and stressed recently. I appreciate your blog and love your stories. Thank you
Lynn,
I have to say not only losing 28 lbs since Jan 6, you said you wanted to know any non scale victories. So i have Rheumatoid Arthiritis, & since i have changed my way of eating & drinking nothing but water my pain level is almost non existent, & my energy level is so much better! so for me this was a win win!!!
I love that you are doing a non weight loss challenge! I have lost weight, but after trying every diet known to man for a majority of my life and then having gastric bypass surgery, I am done with “dieting”. I am doing keto strictly to manage my fibromyalgia. The weight loss is just a by-product that I am not concerning with myself too much. I suppose when I am shopping for smaller sizes it will be a bit more of a concern, but for now I just keep ketoing on.
If you mean a no-weigh challenge where we report on NSV’s, I’m in! Fun fun fun!
