What are your thoughts on IF and the OMAD option? I have stopped eating breakfast and only eat lunch and dinner.

  2. Donna Turner says:

Maintaining my weight loss has always been my downfall. My 20’s, 30’s, and 40’s I lost 75+ pounds, only to eventually gain it all back. I am 50something now, and I have to stop this cycle! I challenged myself the past 3 months to maintain my 2019 success. My results: I did it! It has taken me over 30 years to conquer that. I am ready to continue my journey Lynn!

  3. Becky says:

I struggle with having to cook all the time. I have a husband and son (who know nothing about cooking) and am constantly having to “come up with something for supper.” I am 60 something and have cooked all of my adult life. And I struggle with sweets – my downfall! I tell myself – one meal at a time. Thanks for your inspiration and support!

I struggle with being prepared and being an emotional eater. I love variety and won’t eat the same thing that I had for lunch for dinner that same day. I also crave sweets when it my time for mother nature. I also am the principle chef in my home so more often than not I’m cooking. Hubby wants to go keto too but is a pleaser so if I say I want he’ll go and get. Sometimes with reckless abandon. So yeah. I’ve got problems. 3rd time trying keto.

  5. Patsy says:

Mine is having a quick dessert to make. I like a cup of coffee and a some kind of a sweet. Bad habits are hard to break. Tired of Atkins bars. I have to start making cookies or cake in a mug, Sometimes one knows the answer. But the devil is talking you out of it. LOL

  6. Toni says:

My biggest struggle is figuring how to eat keto and low calorie? I’m basically eating the same all the time. If you get the fat it doesn’t leave that many calories for everything else! Trying to stay about 1250 calories. Loving the support and ideas πŸ™‚

Hey Lynn!! It’s been quite a while but I am back on the keto train. *fingers crossed for good this time*. Although I haven’t been doing keto I have stayed following you and I’m still just as inspired as I was the first time I read your blog. The hubby and I are starting Monday….again. I havent even weighed myself because I’m afraid to see the results lol. But, I know I’ve gained some weight since last doing keto (about 2 years ago). I’ve been doing this for so long on and off that I know exactly what I need to and not need to eat to lose weight. My BIGGEST issue is the weekends. I’m a mom of 3 boys so my weekends are busy. And honestly we like to have cookouts and drinks on the weekends. I’ve been drinking beer with the hubby but am switching that to liquor with a diet mixer. And I dont eat. Ever. And when I do eat it’s very late at night and not the best food choices. So I’m going to try to change that as well this go round.

I’m excited to be back and excited to see mine and everyone elses progress!!! Good luck everyone

  8. Lori says:

Needing meal ideas and things that are easy to take to work on 3rd shift. Just overwhelmed with life issues right now and still working on not eating my feelings.

  9. Jennifer says:

    Hi Lynn,

I’m so glad to get started with this challenge. I’ve tried to do keto on my own but didn’t keep up with it. I’m not on FB so just want to be sure I’m signed up officially or that I don’t need to do anything else. Thank you for doing this again looking forward to being part of it and getting healthier.
I’ll understand if I don’t hear back from you because of all the entries you’re getting. Super excited to start I need this!!

  10. Jill says:

I struggle with dinners. I have cooked since I was 16, 62 now. Husband has CAD and high fat is not his diet. Hard to cook meals that work for both of us. I also have a sweet tooth. On Keto 2 years ago, worked great,, made my own Keto sweets, coffee pods for bullet proof coffee, etc. just need to get back on this woe

Hey Lynn I can’t remember how to change the macros on my fitness pal? Could you help me with that?!? Or just the settings on my fitness pal?!
