    I wish to share my keto journey. I lost around 40 pounds in the first 4 month of following keto however the weight loss has become static since the last two months. I am totally vegan and I am having eggs along with the vegies.

    Can you advise me how do I lose more weight following the keto diet. I wish to lose another 20 pounds.

    I buy the Choc Zero Peppermint Bark or their other barks, but this time of year I love the Peppermint.

    I love ice cream! It was super challenging to not be able to have any, ever. Then my local supermarket started carrying Rebel ice cream
    It is keto friendly, and it doesn’t knock me out of ketosis
    My favorites are cookie dough and butter pecan. The texture is a bit different than ice cream, however I got over it lol.

    I’ve been back on keto for 3 1/2 weeks now….. only lost 2 lbs and I’ve been really strict so I was starting to get discouraged. My husband ordered pizza Friday night and USUALLY I only eat the toppings but this time I did not. I ate bread and all!!! Oh my gosh! I thought I was in heaven, it was so good. The next morning, it was not. My stomach has been hurting for days and I feel so bloated….. tired, etc. needless to say, I learned that the keto way If eating is not just to lose weight, it really makes u feel better. Although I’ve only lost 2 lbs, it’s actually so much more. I hate the way the processed foods make me feel!

    My hubby and I are somewhat new to keto. My issue is finding a sweetener that my body can tolerate. I have terrible issues when I have Swerve or Erithol or xylitol. We don’t have sweets often however I would like to find something for coffe and etc.
