I got my September Keto Krate this week, and as usual – I couldn’t wait to open it! It has some really GREAT low carb foods this time, including an easy low carb cheesecake recipe that looks AMAZING. 🙂
Note: They are shipping the next batch of this same box tomorrow, so be sure to sign up now if you want this one – because they always sell out fast.
♥ ♥ ♥ NEW: All Keto Krate boxes are now GLUTEN FREE ♥ ♥ ♥
I love that they send low carb products I may not have tried or even heard of otherwise, and that they’re hand-picked for quality and carb count.
It’s usually specialty products, meaning the products are expensive to order individually, making the Keto Krate a really great value – with the highest quality foods to enjoy.
Plus fun new flavors to mix things up & cure your “food boredom.” 🙂
I’ve really enjoyed mixing things up with all these cool products lately! It’s like getting a big birthday surprise box every single month, lol. It’s so much fun!
If you got the September Keto Krate, I look forward to hearing YOUR thoughts: what you’ve tried & what you liked or didn’t like.
If you didn’t get one, you can sign up today to make sure you get one QUICK because they’re shipping the rest of them tomorrow & they always sell out FAST. 😉
The September Keto Krate: A Box Full of Low Carb Food Fun!
Each Keto Krate box comes with 6-9 full-sized low carb products. My last box had 8 low carb foods in it. This one has 7 new keto products to try too!
I’m working with Keto Krate to help spread the word out about this awesome service, because I LOVE it. I can tell you firsthand they are super cool guys! Probably because they’re Canadian. 😉 Speaking of, they’re working on ways to be able to ship to Canada affordably. In exchange I get to try the products plus I earn a small one-time referral fee when you sign up. And I don’t get to dive into my box the minute it arrives and devour the chocolate, because I have to take photos & do product research to put together all these fun details for you!
Here are the 7 low carb products in this month’s Keto Krate box
I included the BEST prices for each individual product as listed on Netrition (my favorite low carb store online!), Amazon, or their own website. That way you can order (or reorder) individual products at the cheapest possible places. 🙂
There were a lot of questions about the carb count on this HUGE cookie, which is larger than my hand as you can see 🙂 lol. It is sweetened with Allulose which they are required to label as “sugar” but you can subtract that like you do with sugar alcohols – so the entire cookie is only 4 net carbs.
KNOW Foods Gluten Free, Low Carb Chocolate Chip Cookie ($2.99)
4g Net Carbs, soy/dairy/grain/wheat free, gluten free, Non-GMO, with 12 grams of fiber and 18 grams of protein. They come in 4 flavors: chocolate chip, double chocolate chip, lemon & cinnamon.
You can’t order them individually anywhere. You can order a 4-pack for $10 and get FREE shipping on larger orders at their website.
You can get them on Amazon in a pack of 4 too for $15.49 with FREE shipping.
They have A LOT of products I want to check out and review for you, so stay tuned! You can find a limited number of KNOW Foods products on Netrition and even more on Amazon.
But you’ll get the best selection & pricing on KnowFoods.com, along with a new customer discount and FREE shipping. 🙂
Ayoba-Yo Biltong: Grass Fed, Air Dried Beef Slices “Better than Jerky” ($6.99)
They sent us the 2 ounce bag of Grass Fed air-dried beef slices, which is more expensive than the regular – and also leaner and drier. You can switch back and forth between the two and read more about both, and also read the reviews here.
It’s 8.99 on Amazon with Free Shipping, and $6.99 on ayoba-yo.com with shipping ($3.36 to my address).
Adapt Your Life Cinnamon Swirl Protein Bar ($2.49)
I have not liked Adapt products in the past, but THIS – their NEW Cinnamon Swirl Protein Bar, that was delicious. 🙂 It tasted like a soft, chewy caramel – the size of a bar!
A box of 10 is $26.99 +$7.95 shipping on their website.
The Gilded Nut: Original Blend ($3.99)
These are getting RAVE reviews around the web! You can only buy them in bulk though. You can get them on Amazon by the pound for $20 + $11.65 shipping.
Or they have a 4-pack of four different flavors for $20 + $11.10 shipping. You can get a 6 pack case at GildedNut.com for $21 + $6.86 shipping (to my house) – so that seems like the cheapest option.
It’s a gluten free, GMO free, soy free, vegan product – but 5 net carbs for the package, and expensive.;)
Skout Organic Pumpkin Seeds, Pink Himalayan Sea Salt ($3.99)
These are Organic, Non-GMO, Gluten-Free, Vegan, Kosher and packed with protein & potassium. They come in a variety of flavors and there’s a 5%-15% off coupon on Amazon. A case of 6 pouches is $23.95 + Free Shipping on Amazon.
(It’s the same price on their website, plus almost $10 shipping to my address.)
Roam Sticks: Hickory Smoked Pork w/Uncured Bacon ($1.99)
I love LOVE love Roam Sticks! Especially the pineapple flavor. 🙂 They’re only 1 net carb and delicious! Get the pineapple from RoamSticks.com You’ll love them.
They’re $48.99 + Free Shipping on Amazon for a case of 48 sticks ($2.04 each), or you can now get a 6-pack on RoamSticks.com for $14.95 with free shipping ($2.49 each).
KZ Nougatcreme Chocolate Hazelnut Spread ($12.99)
This product is also getting HIGH reviews across the web so far. 🙂 It’s not available on Netrition or Amazon yet, and it’s $12.99 for a small 7 ounce jar on KZCleanEating.com – plus 9.99 shipping, for a total of $22.98.
I’m a HUGE fan of all the KZ products I’ve tried so far. Especially the chocolate bars!
There’s a recipe for “Nougat Cheesecake” using the KZ Mougat Creme that came in this box. I can’t wait to make it and try that out. It looks delicious! 🙂
Keto Krate always includes fun, creative low carb recipes for at least one of the products in each box – plus coupons & discount codes if you try a product you want to order more of.
Price Breakdown & Comparison
You have to order most of the items in bulk or by the box instead of individually, and from a variety of websites. Using the cheapest options, it would cost you $149.16 to purchase these products online on your own.
That makes the Keto Krate a GREAT value at only $34.95! You can cancel anytime, or even order individual past Keto Boxes on their website too. They also include coupons & discount codes in every box, increasing the value even more.
Note: Go to the Keto Krate website and sign up by email for the current promo code. 😉
It’s AWESOME to sample individual products at such a great price!

I love the Skout pumpkin seeds. They were so good and satisfying with a good crunch and if I read it correctly, only 2 net carbs for the whole package.
Lynn Terry says
I saw that too, Victoria – which makes them a great low carb snack! I’ve had them before in a different flavor and LOVED them. They make for a great salad topper too, to add a tasty crunch. π

I can’t wait to read your reviews on all these products!!! Especially the cookie!
Lynn Terry says
That cookie I’m really excited about π but even more so: Low Carb Donuts from the same company!! YUM π
Patricia L. says
No doubt! I can’t wait for the donut review! I’ve yet to find a low carb donut recipe that taste good… or is easy to make. I don’t have 3 hours to devote to making a donut with a 2 year old running around. I’d love to have a Momma’s donut stash laying around for emergencies!
Lynn Terry says
lol me too, and I don’t even have a 2yo… but who has time for THAT?! π π
ali says
I was dissapointed in the flavors and Carb Counts
Lynn Terry says
Hi Ali π
Which flavors and carb counts, specifically? I would love to hear your thoughts! Have you tried all of the products in the box already, or just certain ones? I can’t wait to hear your feedback, on what you did try. π
Liz says
The KNOW cookie was awesome. I ate it all in one sitting and was stuffed for the rest of the day. Will be interested in trying other products from that company. I also loved the pistachios and pumpkin seeds.
Lynn Terry says
I’m so glad to hear that, Liz! I can’t wait to eat mine. π And I want to try their low carb, gluten free donuts next!!
I am looking over the KNOW Foods products at http://knowfoods.com/?rfsn=600543.4bb67.15271 and making a list of items to review. Let me know if you see anything else you think you might like to try, and I’ll add it to my review list. π
Patricia L. says
I think the muffins look good also! The waffles look good also but no matter how good they are I know I’d never order them because of the cost and amount you get when you can buy other low carb mixes to make them.
Some of their other things look good and while they are lowER carb, they don’t exactly fit into a keto diet. Definitely going to keep in mind when it comes to maintaining!
Lynn Terry says
For waffles, I love the New Hope Mills low carb pancake & waffle mix: http://www.travelinglowcarb.com/pancakes It’s such a great mix, and both my waffles and my pancakes turned out fluffy and delicious! π
I’ll have to check all their products & ingredients (KNOW) before I make a decision. Thanks for the heads up on cost & carb counts!
