The August Keto Krate: 8 New Low Carb, Gluten Free, Keto Friendly Foods To Try

I got my August Keto Krate yesterday, and I couldn’t wait to open it up! It has some GREAT new low carb foods to try. πŸ™‚

Note: They are shipping the next batch of this same box tomorrow, so be sure to sign up now if you want this one – because they always sell out fast.

♥ ♥ ♥ NEW: All Keto Krate boxes are now GLUTEN FREE ♥ ♥ ♥

Keto SnacksI really love that they send low carb products I may not have tried or even heard of otherwise, and that they’re hand-picked for quality and carb count.

It’s usually specialty products, meaning the products are expensive to order individually, making the Keto Krate a really great value – with the highest quality foods to enjoy.

Plus fun new flavors to mix things up & cure your “food boredom.” πŸ™‚

I’ve really enjoyed mixing things up with all these cool products lately! It’s like getting a big birthday surprise box every single month, lol. It’s so much fun!

You can see what was in the previous boxes at these links: July, August, September, October, November, December & January, February, March, April, May and June. You’ll discover LOTS of new low carb foods to try in those lists!

In those 10 posts I gave you detailed price comparisons of each product in the box, and also gave you links where you could find the products individually. I’ll do the same for this box, because it’s FUN to discover new low carb foods & fresh options.

If you got the August Keto Krate, I look forward to hearing YOUR thoughts – what you’ve tried, what you liked or didn’t like.

If you didn’t get one, you can sign up today to make sure you get one QUICK because they’re shipping the rest of them tomorrow & they always sell out FAST. πŸ˜‰

The August Keto Krate: A Box Full of Low Carb Food Fun!

August Keto Krate Review

Each Keto Krate box comes with 6-9 full-sized low carb products. My last box had 7 cool new foods in it. This one has 8 brand new products to try too!

I’m working with Keto Krate to help spread the word out about this awesome service, because I LOVE it. I can tell you firsthand they are super cool guys! Probably because they’re Canadian. πŸ˜‰ Speaking of, they’re working on ways to be able to ship to Canada affordably. In exchange I get to try the products plus I earn a small one-time referral fee when you sign up. And I don’t get to dive into my box the minute it arrives and devour the chocolate, because I have to take photos & do product research to put together all these fun details for you!

Here are the 8 low carb products in this month’s Keto Krate box

I included the BEST prices for each individual product as listed on Netrition (my favorite low carb store online!), Amazon, or their own website. That way you can order (or reorder) individual products at the cheapest possible places. πŸ™‚

Rawxies Smoked Paprika Crunch

Rawxies Gluten Free Smoked Paprika Crunch ($3.99+)
These are only 1 net carb per serving, crunchy & delicious! They come in a variety of flavors, but you can’t order them individually. You can order a pack of 4 on their website for $16.50 ($4.13 each) + $5 shipping. Or you can get them on Amazon in a pack of 6 for only $3.99 each with FREE shipping.

I’ve had these before and fell in LOVE with them! They’re a very healthy, and addictively delicious low carb snack. πŸ™‚

Rawxies Healthy Low Carb Snacks

ChocZero ChocoNite Low Carb Hot Chocolate

ChocZero ChocoNite Sugar Free Hot Chocolate ($10.05)
It’s the same price on their website and on Amazon, and you can get free shipping at both places too – which is nice!

I’m excited to try this. πŸ™‚

You can use it in your protein shakes or smoothies, make low carb hot chocolate – or chocolate milk. It has NO sugar alcohol, it’s all natural, non-GMO, and made in the USA. You can see the nutrition facts & reviews here.

Keto Carne All Natural Beef Jerky

Keto Carne All Natural Beef Jerky ($7.00)
You can get it in a 2-pack for $13.99 on the website with Free Shipping. It’s not available on Vitacost or Netrition or Amazon (yet). It has GREAT reviews on their site though.

Tomer Kosher Original Beef Stick ($1.99)
You can get these on Amazon with free shipping, in the Flavor Variety Pack shown above (for $14 = $1.40 each, with the 20% Amazon coupon), or it’s the same price for a 10-Pack of Original Flavor if you prefer that.

“Tomer Kosher Beef Sticks are made with whole cuts of Angus Kosher Chuck. In the meat snack world, this is something entirely unique. We don’t use any trimmings or round or mystery meat. The result is a meat snack that tastes like it was made from the finest cut of beef, because it is.”

Rosemary Sea Salt Pork Clouds, Gluten Free and Zero Carbs

Bacon’s Heir Pork Clouds, Rosemary & Sea Salt ($4.00)
You can get these on Netrition in three flavors. They’re zero carb and gluten free. You can buy them in individual packs there too, for only $2.49 each, so you can mix & match flavors. πŸ˜‰

Sarayo Sauce - Low Carb, Gluten Free and Delicious!

Sarayo, Original Sauce: Creamy, Spicy, Umami ($4.00)
This stuff is spicy & delicious! If you like to make your own sushi, you’ll LOVE this. Think “spicy yummy sauce.” πŸ™‚ You can get it on Amazon in a 2-pack for $11.99 + $7.59 shipping, or you can get it on – but their website is down at the moment so I’m not sure the price or shipping cost…

Oloves Chili & Oregano Snack Olives ($1.49)
You can only get these on Amazon, and a 10-pack is $13.54 + Free Shipping ($1.35 each).

Low Carb Chocolate Chip Cookie, Gluten Free

Loca Snacks Low Carb, Grain Free Chocolate Chip Cookie ($2.49)
Netrition has these in 3 flavors for $2 each: Lemon, Snickerdoodle, Chocolate Chip – and a Variety Pack! πŸ™‚ They are Gluten Free and only 3 net carbs each.

They’re sweetened with erythritol, so they do have sugar alcohols – but it’s not the kind that upsets digestion like most others.

It looks yummy & crumbly like a “real cookie” – I can’t wait to try it!

There’s a recipe for “No Bake Chocolate Pudding Pie” using the ChocoNite that I cannot wait to make. It looks delicious! πŸ™‚

August Keto Krate - 8 New Low Carb, Gluten Free, Keto Friendly Products To Try!

You have to order most of the items in bulk or by the box instead of individually, and from a variety of websites. Using the cheapest options, it would cost you $128.57 to purchase these products online on your own.

That makes the Keto Krate a GREAT value at only $34.95! You can cancel anytime, or even order individual past Keto Boxes on their website too. They also include coupons & discount codes in every box, increasing the value even more.

  1. Laura McKeane says:

Thanks Lynne! I got the Keto Box and wasn’t that impressed, will see about this one!

    • Lynn Terry says:

I love Keto Krate. πŸ™‚ It’s SO much fun, and always gluten free and no malitol – which are ideal. You end up with premium specialty foods, most of which I never would have discovered otherwise! Enjoy πŸ™‚

  2. Scan says:

all 6 coupons included in the August box state that they expired on July 10th, 2017.

  3. Kathy D says:

I didn’t realize I could order past Krates, Lynn. The kid’s in trouble. πŸ™‚ This looks like a good one. I’ve learned quckly to go easy on the jerky sticks. I about blew me ears off with one from last month. I like spicy, but… πŸ™‚

    • Lynn Terry says:

lol Kathy – the one in this box is NOT spicy. I gave the spicy sticks to my son. He loves meat, and LOVES spicy, and he stopped by during a road trip recently and I stocked him up on spicy jerky and meat sticks for the rest of his trip. πŸ˜‰

  4. Jean says:

I did get the Keto Krate as well. This was my second one. The Loca cookie said it was Chocolate Chip, but it wasn’t. Also it came broken up pretty bad. I tasted it and it was super sweet, but I think it was their snickerdoodle or a mixture of two. I wasn’t overly impressed with the products in this box, but to each their own. I like the idea to try new products, but some of the products are repeats. I also noticed the expired coupons, which was perplexing.
Lynn, I enjoy your blogging and your menus. Keep up the great work!

    • Lynn Terry says:

      Thank you, Jean πŸ™‚

I loved the kosher beef stick. It was hands down the best one I’ve ever had! And I’ve been a fan of Rawxies and Oloves – so I was really glad to see those again.

I can’t wait to try the ChocoNite… I’m going to make the recipe that was included. πŸ™‚ Did you try that yet??
