90 Day โHealthy Choicesโ Low Carb Challenge Details:
- First, make sure you are subscribed by email at http://www.90DayLowCarbChallenge.com to get Official Challenge updates and notifications. You can also use that link to invite friends to the challenge.
The challenge group is PRIVATE. Only group members can see posts in this group, so you donโt have to worry about sharing your โdiet detailsโ or health & weight loss publicly.
- Take a Before Picture! You donโt have to share your pictures, but youโll regret not having a โbeforeโ picture at the end of the challenge to see how different you look. ๐ Take a picture from the front, back and a side view. See Johnโs Weight Loss Transformation!
There will be an โOfficial Weigh-Inโ post in the Low Carb Group each Monday throughout the 90 Day Challenge. These are optional, but a great way to track your progress and stay accountable to your goals!
Each weigh-in thread is linked in the Pinned Post at the top of the group so you can find them easily, and youโll also receive email notification with the link.

โLow Carbโ and โHealthy Choicesโ Explainedโฆ
For the purposes of this challenge, your goal will be to eat 20 Net Carbs per day (max) for 90 full days. While I donโt personally do Atkins or Phases this is a great Low Carb Food List to get familiar with low carb foods.
I recommend you use MyFitnessPal with the Keto Hack to track your meals closely.
For the current challenge, we have a fun โHealthy Choicesโ Theme so youโll want to watch for posts from me on that, and watch for the Emails with specific details on any mini-challenges in the group. Participation in the theme, or even in the weekly weigh-ins, is not mandatory, but the mini-challenges should prove fun!
There are currently 27,853 members in the challenge group (as of 9:30pm Eastern on 10/18/2014) โ and growing! I expect weโll top 30,000 members for this challenge easily, if not more. ๐

I have high cholesterol and diabetes, so my question is how will this diet affect the cholesterol levels with it being a high fat diet. Iโm all for the low carbs, but Iโm wondering how this can be good for my high cholesterol levels?

What happens if we go over 20 on a particular day? I started Monday and was doing great but today I ate a Schlotzskyโs turkey avocado salad and it turns out it has 41 carbs! That was without the croutons or garlic bread. Well, since tomorrow is the first, I can just make a new start. I really really reeeally want to try and make it the whole 90 days on track.

I have high clolesterol, hypothyroidism and take medication for panic attacks. (one med being a bezodiazapreine) Its very hard to lose weight with these health issues and meds. Will loe carb help?

I tried to start this and have been doing it for about 4 weeks I think. A lot of stress happening and health issues. I have a CT next week. Hoping this will help me. Depression over health problems. Really need someone who would like to help me stay challeneged. ๐
