Are you REALLY Committed To Your Health & Weight Loss Goals?
Thereโs a difference between interest and commitment.
When youโre interested in doing something, you do it only when itโs EASY or convenient. (Or when youโre seeing results and getting that โinstant gratification.โ)
When youโre committed to something, you accept NO excuses โ only results. (Even when you arenโt seeing those results TODAY.)
I get itโฆ
You want something SO bad, but itโs HARD to kick old habits or make big changes, and itโs easy to cave in and give in to instant gratification โ when you arenโt getting it from โbeing good.โ
Iโve been there: off/on, in/out, motivated/defeated, proud/disgusted, totally committed and then not quite. Itโs a maddening roller coaster of emotions, which is no fun at all, and itโs not good on your body either.
What finally made things EASY for meโฆ
Was deciding to just LIVE and BE healthy.
I stopped watching markers and chasing results, and just decided to relax into a happy healthy lifestyle of eating low carb and being more active, consistently.
Trust me, when you do that (consistently) your body has no choice but to follow suit, and change as a result. So the results WILL happen, and you WILL reach your โbody goalsโ โ but with a lot less stress and frustration. ๐
Think about it: do you think itโs even POSSIBLE to live healthy, stay active, eat low carb consistently, and NOT see physical results of that lifestyle change over time?
Of course not! ๐
