Are you REALLY Committed To Your Health & Weight Loss Goals?
There’s a difference between interest and commitment.
When you’re interested in doing something, you do it only when it’s EASY or convenient. (Or when you’re seeing results and getting that “instant gratification.”)
When you’re committed to something, you accept NO excuses – only results. (Even when you aren’t seeing those results TODAY.)
I get it…
You want something SO bad, but it’s HARD to kick old habits or make big changes, and it’s easy to cave in and give in to instant gratification – when you aren’t getting it from “being good.”
I’ve been there: off/on, in/out, motivated/defeated, proud/disgusted, totally committed and then not quite. It’s a maddening roller coaster of emotions, which is no fun at all, and it’s not good on your body either.
What finally made things EASY for me…
Was deciding to just LIVE and BE healthy.
I stopped watching markers and chasing results, and just decided to relax into a happy healthy lifestyle of eating low carb and being more active, consistently.
Trust me, when you do that (consistently) your body has no choice but to follow suit, and change as a result. So the results WILL happen, and you WILL reach your “body goals” – but with a lot less stress and frustration. 😉
Think about it: do you think it’s even POSSIBLE to live healthy, stay active, eat low carb consistently, and NOT see physical results of that lifestyle change over time?
Of course not! 🙂
