This is the unflavored collagen powder & MCT oil I’ve been using with GREAT (fast) results, and I also love their keto bars & super creamy nut butter.
Enjoy this special deal so you can try them out (or stock up) – but at a SWEET discount!

My personal favorites that I order on repeat are their:
☑️ Unflavored Collagen Powder
☑️ MCT C8/C10 Oil
☑️ Nut Butter (super creamy!)
☑️ Almond Butter Brownie Bars
I like ALL the flavors of their bars, but Almond Butter Brownie and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough are my two favorites.
They have the perfect texture with rich chocolate chunks and crunchy bits – and GREAT ingredients. 😍
This is the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough bar and the Almond Butter Brownie bar:
I have been testing/trying various collagen powders and theirs is definitely the best so far. Plus I got FAST results with it!
My hair is thickening up & growing like CRAZY now, after falling out & breaking off before I started using their collagen.
Some of the collagen I’ve tried has a funky taste/smell to it and totally RUINS my coffee. The Perfect Keto collagen powder is totally tasteless / odorless and blends in super smooth – no funk. 😉
I didn’t like their flavored mct oil powder & collagen powder, those were too sweet for me, so I get unflavored – plus you can mix it into ANYthing that way.
I’m using that daily in my coffee with GREAT results. I could tell a noticeable (BIG!) difference in my hair & nails within a few short weeks of using it in my coffee.
(I only use those travel packs when I’m traveling. The tub is much cheaper for using at home, so I just ordered 2 more!)
Their MCT Oil is very high quality and passed my scrupulous comparison research. I use & recommend the C8/C10 MCT Oil – I get the same great results as with the pure C8 oil, but the C8/C10 costs less. 😉
They also have high quality MCT Oil Powder if you prefer powder over oil. (If you’re unsure, leave a comment and ask me!)
➡️ Go to this page because it already has my four favorites on it, and it has the discount coded into it – or add code LOWCARBTRAVELER to cart at checkout to get 15% off your entire order.
It ends up saving you A LOT. 😉
If you have ANY questions, let me know…
I restocked on collagen & bars this time – because their keto bars have great ingredients, and actually hold me over as a meal replacement. Not to mention they’re DELICIOUS.
Enjoy the discount! 💕

p.s. 🚫 I do NOT use anything with exogenous ketones so skip those products, including their “base” which has those too.
I recently did a Perfect Keto Q&A Video, specifically about what I use (and don’t use!) and how I use their collagen & MCT oil:

Hi! I have been enjoying your Instagram for awhile. I started the Keto/low carb lifestyle in 2017 with great results. I lost some weight and it redistributed nicely. I was also able to get off Prilosec! I have very limited heartburn now. But if I eat, like say, tortilla chips- awful heartburn! I only did straight Keto for 3 months, and have been low carb since then.. over 2 years. My doctor told me this past year that my cholesterol was too high(only parts. Other parts have improved!) He told me Keto is not sustainable and advised a sort of low carb Mediterranean. I did incorporate olive oil and hummus into my diet, but have gained weight, sadly. I havenβt gotten a cholesterol recheck because I donβt want him to put me on statins. He said he will if I canβt get my cholesterol on track. I donβt want statins! Also, I tried the bullet proof MCT oil. I canβt do it. It tears up my digestive system even in small amounts and with food, etc. I am getting back on more Keto, against my doctorβs advice … I need to lose this weight that is slowly piling back on. And I am getting back on my regular fitness plan. I used to be an avid runner and have ran marathon and half marathons. I am 53, and am trying more body weight and yoga. Iβm also thinking some heavy weights would help.
Do you think the powder form of MCT would be better for me? Iβm also thinking about trying the perfect Keto collagen. I have tried the Great Lakes kind and it gave me heartburn.
I know you arenβt a doctor, but I do appreciate your thoughts on my situation! Thank you!
Lynn Terry says
Hi Candace,
I empathize with your heartburn/indigestion issues given my reason bout with gut health problems. Ugh! The FDgard my doctor recommended is working GREAT for me, and I love that it’s an all natural peppermint oil supplement. I’m ordering it on Amazon here if you want to read the reviews: https://amzn.to/2jXRvtd
I have been eating a ketogenic low carb diet for over 8 years now, so it’s definitely sustainable. π
I stay in nutritional ketosis to stay out of chronic pain – I have inflammatory arthritis in my lower back due to an accident, which causes debilitating sciatica and all over muscle/nerve pain. Fortunately staying in ketosis keeps me out of pain and able to enjoy a FUN active lifestyle again!
I don’t know a lot about cholesterol, but my own numbers are great. I think most of that is hereditary or genetic, from what I understand at least. And basic tests you get can be misleading – as far as what actually means what.
Like I said, I don’t know that much about it. BUT, all studies point toward a ketogenic and/or low carb diet improving cholesterol levels. Give it a google. π
While you’re at it, google the side effects of statins. I don’t know anything about those either, but I have heard doctors on Twitter saying they’re something to avoid. Either way, educating yourself on ALL the options is a smart idea!
I love the collagen and mct oil, but they aren’t something you HAVE to use. The collagen has been a huge help with my hair & nail problems (from my gut health issue). My hair was literally breaking out and falling off and my nail kept splitting. Now my hair is sprouting new growth and growing out again – and my nail just magically ISN’T split anymore! Which makes me figure it must be doing really great things for my insides too. π
Anyway, my advice is to start super simple. Just do 20 net carbs a day and plenty of healthy fats – salmon, avocado, pecans, vegetables roasted in olive oil & garlic, etc. I don’t know a doctor that could argue with healthy whole foods like those!
You might look into the FDgard too, as a natural supplement to help with the heartburn issue, and of course avoid foods that cause flare-ups, because that’s miserable. π It worked like a charm for me!
Lynn Terry says
p.s. When you do go back to the doctor, tell him you’re doing the low carb Mediterranean diet he suggested. π All I told my primary doctor and gastroenterologist is that I eat gluten free and sugar free – mostly meat, green vegetables & berries. They were both THRILLED with that. The word “keto” just throws them for a loop π lol.
Anna says
What about the MCT pills that they have? They would be so much easier. Are they just as good?
Lynn Terry says
Hi Anna, the softgels are a much lower dose of mct, so you’d have to take a lit more to equal the same amount. Scroll down to that section in this post: https://www.travelinglowcarb.com/24540/mct-oil/

Sorry to say that your 20% off code isn’t being honored. When I try to buy, it says that this code isn’t valid for my purchase. π
Angie Newton says
This is Lynn’s assistant, she’s traveling today so I though I would hop in and answer. The deal ended last night 7/31 so that’s probably why it’s not working.
Lynn Terry says
Hi Jeanie,
Yes, it was meant to end last night at midnight eastern. However, it’s STILL WORKING. π You have to have at least $40 in your cart for it to work, but try it: http://perfectketo.com/lynnterry
If it doesn’t work for some reason (they catch it and close it, lol) use code LOWCARBTRAVELER instead. π
Carolyn says
Hi Lynn,
Where can I look to find suggested meals? Whatβs the hack (Fitbit) to record my meals? Thanks.
Carolyn
Lynn Terry says
Hi Carolyn π I have years worth of food diaries here on the blog in this section: https://www.travelinglowcarb.com/category/low-carb-daily-journals/
It’s MyFitnessPal I use to track my meals and macros. For more on that, including a video of how I do it, see: https://www.travelinglowcarb.com/macros
