Would love to do this!! BUT…I am trying not to be a “slave to the scale” . I have started the low carb eating about 6 weeks ago, and weighed then when I was at the doctor.
Okay to join but not “weigh” in??!!!

I’m ready to try this… I’ve been procrastinating for a long time… At one point I was considering weight loss surgery, but my cousin suggested I try this first… So I figure nothing beats a failure but a try!!! I’m ready to make a lifestyle change for the better!!! So excited!!!

Hi Regenia 🙂 I’m SO glad you are trying the low carb challenge first! If you do have weight loss surgery… you end up having to go on a low carb diet for life ANYway. Many people would have lost the weight naturally if they had just done that first.
Surgery is such a big deal, with so many potential complications. So if you’re going to end up on “low carb for life” anyway, you might as well just do that. 😉 We had a discussion on it here awhile back, by the way: http://www.travelinglowcarb.com/5751/weight-loss-surgery-discussion/ 🙂
