I’m not a big fan of smoothies. I prefer to chew on my food. 🙂 lol. But I know they’re popular in the low carb group, and a lot of people DO like them.
It can be hard to make a smoothie that’s actually low carb, considering most of them include fruits.

This recipe book promises that all of the Low Carb Smoothie Recipes are 15 net carbs or less. That’s still high for me (for one meal) but you may be able to easily modify some of the recipes, or find some that are much lower inside the book.
