I first fell in love with Laughing Cow Cheese Spread on my trip to Vegas in November. I was hunting down low carb snacks to enjoy on the go, and spotted the creamy swiss wedges in the hotel store.
They weren’t refrigerated in the store, and I found they were fine without ever being refrigerated.
Not that they lasted long, lol.
On that trip I dipped my salted almonds into the creamy wedges, which was absolutely delicious! A messy, fun, delicious & filling low carb snack. 😀
It’s very low carb, creamier and tastier than whipped cream cheese, and I’ve found that it goes well with a variety of foods. If you eat berries (in moderation) as part of your low carb diet, it’s BEAUTIFUL on strawberries or raspberries. Talk about a melt-in-your-mouth naturally sweet and creamy dessert! Definitely something you must try. 😉
I picked some up this week, and today I used the Laughing Cow Creamy Swiss Wedges to create fun creamy “laughing ham roll-ups” for a quick snack:
These wedges are great for packing low carb treats & snacks on the go. They keep well unrefrigerated, or they have in my experience, and they go well with just about anything! A perfect complement to celery, crisp cucumber slices, etc. They also make GREAT roll-ups with ham, turkey or roast beef. They would also taste wonderful spread on my low carb biscuit & bread recipes. 😉
Check out this great recipe too: Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus
Get some! I would love to hear YOUR favorite way to eat Laughing Cow cheese spread or swiss wedges.

I eat one scrambled egg cooked in a big portion of coconut oil each morning. In it I add 1 wedge of whatever flavor of Laughing Cow cheese to the mixture. It melts in there and swirls around with the egg and oil. Right now using the garlic and herb, sounds odd but tastes very good.

I bought some for the first time and I loved them. Walmart had a $1.00 off two coupon placed above the rack. I grabbed a bunch of the coupons since they don’t expire until later in the year. Yummy!

I fell in love with them on the first try too. π Great find on those coupons!!

I have tried a recipe where you take a thin piece of meat like flank steak and spread the laughing cow on it then roll up and sear then bake or pan fry or even grill. Its very decadent. π
Lynn Terry says
Oh my… that sounds even better than plain roll-ups. MUST TRY! π

if you have an Aldi grocery store in your neighborhood they sell a generic brand of laughing cow cheese for onethird of the cost. A box is like$1.29 compared to the Laughing Cow at 399.

Great tip, Beth! And they’re just as good as Laughing Cow brand??
