I have been low carbing for about 2 years and have lost 70 ish pounds. I have not lost a single pound in the last year…Now taking raspberry keytones to try to jumpstart again. No success…would really appreciate suggestions! Thanks!
Lynn Terry says
Congrats on losing 70 pounds, Terry! π I have a friend that tried those raspberry ketones and didn’t have good results with them (they made it burn madly when she had to pee). How did they work out for you?
See: http://www.travelinglowcarb.com/4689/ketosis-symptoms-and-low-carb-flu/ to learn more about ketosis. It can easily be achieved through “real food”. π

I just found this site, joined the facebook group today and would like to start in the morning “officially”. Is it too late? Are there any other people that are starting now? I would appreciate any information.
Thank you.
Lynn Terry says
Hi Jennifer,
People join and start all the time – you can jump right in anytime! π I host an Official Challenge several times a year, but the group is open & active year round. π

Kathy shook says
Just started on Monday I’m eating eggs, cheese and water. I’m already down 3.5 pounds. Just need to stay on track.
Lynn Terry says
Congrats on starting low carb, Kathy! You really do want to get 10-15 net carbs per day in healthy vegetables. π See: http://www.travelinglowcarb.com/4964/low-carb-vegetables/ A good healthy combination of foods is ideal. *cheers*

I would like to start the 90 day challenge. But have not seen foods eligible for consumption. And I am allergic to eggs. What can substitute.
Lynn Terry says
Hi Crystal π
If you want a pre-written food list, look at: http://www.atkins.com/how-it-works/atkins-20/phase-1/low-carb-foods You can get creative with the foods you do like, and add foods to that list that fit within your 20 net carbs a day.
Sue Steeves says
