Do you have daily habits you don’t like, or things you slip back into, that you wish you didn’t do? 🤦♀️
Maybe they’re things you end up regretting, find hard to control, or maybe you don’t even know why you keep doing them. 🤷♀️
Maybe you plan to tackle it someday (someday is always today!)
… or you’re waiting on a sign (this is it.).
Maybe you don’t know how to stop it or fix it (where there’s a will, there’s a way – and Google). 😉
Make a list of things you want to change, stop or start… and decide HOW you’re going to do that – then, just do it.
Because: if not now, when? 💕

It’s easy for life to become routine. More often than not our “comfort zone” is not at all comfortable, and our “habits” aren’t really serving us well at all – or getting us closer to our goal.
That goal, or MY goal, is to BE and also become, the happiest healthiest version of myself. Everything else I want in life basically comes down to that.
I’ve been doing a lot of “forward thinking” lately, and making a list of positive changes I want to make. It’s all about how we live each day, once choice at a time.
So let’s make those count!
