I have LOTS of updates for you as well. Iโm finally back home from my trip, which didnโt go so great unfortunately. Iโm still processing that and Iโm sure there will be valuable lessons for me to learn out of it allโฆ which Iโll be sure to share with you, along with the meals I ate (and didnโt eat) on the trip. ๐
As for MY weigh in, Iโm 138.4 pounds today. Thatโs 2.2 pounds lost over the last four weeks โ which is really good for me. I came home from my trip weighing less, but feeling very bloated and achy and puffy. So Iโm letting all that settle and eating very simple while I recover. Last night I devoured a 10 ounce ribeye for dinner with a little roasted broccoli. ๐
