Lynn, I have been following you for 2 years. I love all your post etc… I did so good the first year and was able to do Keto with an ease. I was diagnosed with GAD and gosh it took a tool on me in so many ways. Needless to say I am now 25 lbs up. I have never been this weight in 40yrs. Can you please give me advice where to start? I feel like I am clueless and seriously need to shed this extra weight. I feel horrible In my own skin.

My advice is to keep it super simple: 20 net carbs max a day. Start with that. You’ll feel SO good in the first few days, and definitely by the end of the week!
