Please tell me how to start the keto to lose weight. I feel so dumb to say this but i dont know or understand how to count things in food or wat to eat and i really want to lose 50 pds in 2 1\2 mths please help me im begging and i live on a fixed income and dont have extra money to buy books and anything. I wish i did. Please will u help me

This Keto Edge Summit was actually free – did you sign up and listen to some of the talks?
I don’t think it’s possible to lose 50 pounds in 2.5 months. Is there a reason you have a goal to lose so much weight in such a short period of time?
Eating a ketogenic low carb diet is really easy, and it’s also very healthy and easy to sustain long term as a lifestyle – for both health and weight management.
I recommend keeping it very simple: Just eat 20 net carbs a day, max – to start. Net Carbs are easier than they sound to count, it’s just: Total Carbs minus Fiber = Net Carbs. See: http://www.travelinglowcarb.com/230/how-to-figure-out-net-carbs/
