My son, who is not eating low carb to the extent his Dad and I are, loves Popeyeโs Chickenโฆ fried chicken with fries and a biscuit, hardly low carb but he found that they have their blackened chicken tenders and southern slow cooked green beans with bacon โฆ 3 tenders have 2g carbs, 2g fat, no sugar and 26g protein, the regular size green beans has 6g carbs and 2g fiber for 4 net carbs. Not the best but not bad for eating outโฆ and under $5.00
