If you plan to enjoy drinks, Michelob Ultra is a nice low carb beer (2.6 carbs per bottle). I also like Captain Morgan Spiced Rum with Diet Coke – a delicious zero carb combination! While alcohol metabolizes slower than food, and can cause a brief stall in your weight loss, it can easily be enjoyed on a low carb diet on special occasions.
