Happy Peanut Butter Day!
While itโs celebrated on January 24th, every day is a great day for a low carb peanut butter snack. ๐ To celebrate I created a Pinterest Board of Low Carb Peanut Butter Recipes for you to enjoy.
Peanut butter is a good source of protein, and also a great source for healthy fats in your diet. Itโs important to read your labels and choose a low carb peanut butter with the lowest net carb count, and the fewest ingredients.

I doubt you would need much sweetener. Be sure to follow her instructions about โsweetening to tasteโ. I plan to use the Torani Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup to sweeten mine just slightly. I prefer my treats less sweet than most.
Itโs ideal to use a candy mold, or you can use a small muffin pan.
I just ordered a bottle of Torani Sugar Free Peppermint Syrup, so Iโm going to try this candy with just the chocolate and coconut later this week โ with the peppermint flavor. YUM!
Minty chocolate coconut bites sound great, donโt they??
Hereโs my own low carb peanut butter cookie recipe, which I LOVE. Itโs very versatile, as youโll see from the three different types of cookies I made. ๐ Enjoy!
