As part of the New Year, New You! Low Carb Challenge I joined a new gym this month.
Some of my workout clothes are showing their age, so I decided to do a little shopping and came across Fabletics online. Itโs Kate Hudsonโs line of athletic wear.
As a new customer you get a great deal on your first order, so I decided to give it a shot. They offer free returns, so why not โ right? ๐
You can see the outfit I chose for my first order in the screenshot of my receipt. I chose a 3-piece outfit because I needed a new sports bra AND jacket/hoodie โ so that was ideal. I have quite a few tanks already that I can wear with it.

I also decided to place another order and got the โhigh supportโ sports bra and a few accessories โ one was a thick headband that had great reviews.
I got both packages this week. I wasnโt 100% sure on the fit, or what to expect, butโฆ
I LOVE the quality, and the fit is perfect!!
The workout pants are very flattering, great sizing, high quality. So YES, Iโm VERY happy with Fabletics!! They have tons to choose from, too. I love the color combinations especially. I sized up for my hoodie by the way, and LOVE it! For women, I highly recommend the โhigh supportโ sports bra โ itโs the best I have EVER tried. Very flattering, and NO bounce. ๐

These are seriously the best workout clothes Iโve ever owned. ๐
I already canโt wait to place my next order, and am putting some gym outfits in my Fabletics โWish Listโ. Fun!
They have great FREE workout videos as well, like this one called โBack Attackโ (Workout Moves for a Toned Back):
I need exercises for women owner 70 years of age
Hi Virginia,
Outside of walking (when weather permits) what type of exercises do you prefer? Low impact, or something more specific?
