The new Spinach Bacon Gorgonzola Atlantic Salmon on the Bonefish Grill Menu is topped with sauteed spinach, crispy bacon + creamy Gorgonzola cheese:
That looks absolutely fabulous! 😀
While Bonefish Grill doesn’t publish their nutrition facts online, they generally create very simple dishes with a beautiful variety of low carb options on the menu. They also have several low carb side items on the menu you can switch for on dishes that come with rice or potatoes including broccoli, asparagus and grilled vegetables.

I’ve had their salmon before and it is absolutely MELT.IN.YOUR.MOUTH. delicious! What about you – what’s your favorite low carb dish on the Bonefish Grill menu? …

Thanks for the heads up on the Bonefish menu AND drawings.
We really enjoy the Bang Bang Shrimp on the menu for only $5 on Wednesday nights here. I don’t know if it’s exactly low carb (they may use flour in the sauce because it’s quite thick.) But, it’s served over lettuce and is so tasty. I consider it my entire carb intake for the day, that way I’m safe (oh, with the wine, too!)
Thanks again, Lynn!

We haven’t been to Bonefish Grill in ages, but I’m loving that spinach, bacon and gargonzolla salmon topper. That could probably be done at home pretty easily and used on chicken and pork too. I mean, how can you go wrong with spinach, bacon and cheese, right?

Lynn, thanks for the recipe link and the sweepstakes entry headsup. We don’t have a Bonefish Grill here. However, I’m with Sherie, that topper looks yummy! And thank you Sherie for the idea of using chicken and pork. =)
I’m loving all your food and recipe posts! π
