โน๏ธ I have โLong Covid Dysautonomiaโ which basically means dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system + a lot of neurological issues including tremors and a speech impairment etc.
I got sick in late 2020, so : more than 30 months now. The good news is I *am* improving, Iโm WAY better than a year ago, itโs just insanely SLOW. ๐คฆโโ๏ธ๐

Iโd love to hear your personal experience with hair loss, gut health issues, food intolerance, etc.
I spent SO much money on supplements, shampoos, hair masks, magic hair growing potions ๐ช ๐ etc โ but in the end: time, patience, protein, healthy eating, eliminating culprits (stress, ingredients, etc) โ plus LOTS of grace and self love. ๐
This was just 4 months of hair loss shown in the video, and while Iโm still losing hair (from my health issues) I have TONS of new growth lately, and my hair is longer than itโs been in years!
I donโt have any great pictures I guess, but you can see how much length Iโve gained, and thatโs with my hair curled up a little โ and with another covid setback in between:
The first time my hair fell out AND broke off ๐ณ so it was barely past my shoulders (straight) and EXTREMELY thinโฆ
This is a current picture of me, an accidental selfie when I was trying to start a video call ๐คฆโโ๏ธ๐คช but you can see how much fuller AND longer my hair is now!

You mentioned that the Cinnamon Toast collagen could be added to the muffin recipeโฆGreat idea because I just canโt stomach the strong taste in coffee or any other drinks. How much would you suggest I add to the muffin recipe? Thank you so much!!!!
Hi Christy ๐ Iโm the same way, I donโt like the flavored collagens in my coffee. I got a free Strawberry collagen as a gift in one of my orders, and added that to my chaffle and low carb pancake/muffin recipes. For a full recipe I added a whole scoop (I often make half a recipe being single). You can start with half a scoop and add-to-taste from there. I thought the cinnamon and strawberry both paired well with blueberry pancakes or muffins! Theyโre also great stirred into yogurt, then add nuts and berries. ๐
