Living in the moment ✨️ I have Long Covid Dysautonomia so I realize this video may be hard to watch, but… I’m having a GOOD day – anyway! Personal update, inspirational chat & learning to love yourself WHERE you are and HOW you are – today. 💕
I’ve been meaning to send you this for over a week now. 🙂 I went live Friday before last, and ended up really enjoying the discussion we had – and wanted to invite you to join in as well.
I’m a little slow at things lately. 😉 It’s been a tough week actually, but I keep coming back to this video, because… I’m realizing what’s had me so hung up emotionally for the last few months, and putting a lot of thought into what to do about it.
I talked about that: “dealing with triggers” in this recent post. Being sick and homebound for so long is incredibly isolating, and people in my life treat me so much differently now (which I understand, mostly) and I think… like I said in the video, I really just want to be accepted as I am (now), and at least as much as I accept it myself.
I’m still working it all out in my head, and in my journaling. 🙂 In the meantime, I wanted to share the video and this discussion with you here too. As it all unfolds in my mind, and as I’m able, I’ll share my thoughts with you – like I always have. Because I think it’s a great journey, working toward your happiest HAPPY place in life , but also… finding joy in the journey itself.
I’ll leave it at that for now because I should try to make myself something to eat. Yesterday I had grilled salmon and steamed broccoli, and the day before that “egg roll in a bowl” (a simple ground pork & cabbage stir fry) – pretty much the same things I’ve been eating on repeat that I shared with you in this one week low carb food diary. 😉
Oh, and I stuck this quote at the very beginning of this note because it REALLY spoke to me this week:
One of the keys to happiness in this life is finding the courage to let go of what can’t be changed.
I’m sure that will mean different things to different people, or even at different phases of your life each time you read it. It really spoke to me right now because there are certain things I cannot change that I’m dealing with fabulously – with grace and patience – and other things I would give anything to change or fix, that I cannot, that feel very hard right now.
I thought that might be a topic we can explore more in future posts…
Thank you again for all of your kind words & notes! 💕
I look forward to chatting with you more soon.
I would love to hear your thoughts, and also: how things are going with you!
Best,
Lynn Terry

I would know you anywhere.
We talked 1:1 once when you helped me with some coaching, and I’ve followed your work for years.
I was in awe of you when you were going 1,000 mph. And I am even more in awe of you now.
Your genuineness, your caring, your seeking to help and give and your amazing laugh.
This video is so inspiring and filled messages of truth, love, and hope that we all need.
Thank you Lynn.

Hi Lynn
Keep trying. I was so surprised to see what happened to you. It’s been a couple of years since I have followed your blog. I can remember you hiking and being very active and you had a big dog.
Your nails still look good. You always wore French manicures.
I’m sure you will come out of this fog, just stay positive. I can see it is difficult, but you are strong!
