I promised you an unboxing video and photo tour of the January Keto Krate so you can see what’s in it… and I also scored you $10 off your first box. 🎁
Note: This January Keto Krate is SOLD OUT but they will be shipping the next box out soon.
With discount code: LOWCARBTRAVELER you can get your first box (full of FUN keto products!) for only $29.99 ($10 off) plus FREE shipping.
That’s a SWEET deal considering it would have cost you $237.40 to try each of the 10 products in this month’s Krate. I did the price/value research and the math for you below…
If you got this box, I’d love to hear what you’ve tried so far, and what you thought of it – LOVE it or HATE it style! Leave a comment & let’s discuss our favorites. 😉
I have both an unboxing video and a photo tour below, so you can see everything that came in the January Keto Krate, to give you an idea what to expect.
OR you can scan over this list to find new products to try if you don’t want a whole box – or if you got this one, and want to order more of something you LOVED in it.
That’s one of the things I love MOST about Keto Krate: discovering great new products for my keto pantry. 🙂
Keto Krate is always guaranteed gluten free, VERY low carb (5 net carbs or less, usually WAY less), soy conscious, no maltitol (ever) – and FULL of variety!
The $10 discount is not available through their home page. To activate it click here then enter code LOWCARBTRAVELER at checkout to take off $10. 💕

Need low carb snacks and keto variety to stay on track with your goals this year? 🙋
It makes staying on track EASY when you have sweet & salty snacks on hand, things you can grab in a pinch, or something FUN to mix things up a little – like low carb cereal and keto brownies! 😍
As you can see, $29.99 is a GREAT value for this box…
It’s even a great value at the regular price of $39.99, given it would cost you $237.40 to order all of these products based on the prices I just looked up for you above.
Or it would cost as much or more to order almost any one of the products, and you wouldn’t have all the fun variety you get with Keto Krate…
If you got this box, I’d love to hear what you’ve tried so far, and what you thought of it – LOVE it or HATE it style!

It’s only offering a 30% discount and no bonus items…. I emailed them also, but this isn’t quite the same deal.
Lynn Terry says
Hi Melanie,
Use codeΒ LOWCARBTRAVELER2020Β at checkout (switch it) and that will make it 40% off instead of 30.
For some reason they changed the page on me overnight! I’m emailing them now to find out why as the offer was supposed to last 5 more days, so hopefully I can get that fixed – but that code will take 40% off for you if you switch the codes at checkout. πΒ Sorry about that! I’m off to see what’s going on…

Lynn, what is a great Keto meal delivery option? Preferably one where it’s just heat and eat, not any prep work or cooking time involved. I’m always out of the house and don’t have time to cook but would like something nutritious.
Lynn Terry says
Hi Lori π I’ve been researching options for those myself, because I could really use the convenience. If I find anything GOOD I will be sure to let you know!
In the meantime, I do love some of the frozen Atkins meals, and use those on busy weeks. Especially the crustless chicken pot pie, and chicken margherita I think it’s called. If I’m more hungry or want to make two meals out of it, I’ll steam a bag of cauliflower rice and/or steam a bag of broccoli and mix it with the meal.

I got the January crate (using Lynnβs link). I did not get three additional items either. I tried the cereal (dry). Iβm not crazy about maple flavoring and was unsure about some of the ingredients. Iβm a diabetic and a mad label reader. The pork stick has cane sugar in it as the third ingredient. Ingredients are listed on labels in order of greatest to least. I donβt think a meat stick needs any sugar or sweetener. Tillamook makes zero sugar beef jerky. Itβs pricey but delicious. I will give the meat stick away. I also looked at the ingredients in the brownie mix. I donβt know much about chickpea flour. Chickpeas (aka) garbanzo beans are starchy. A concern for a diabetic. I gave it to my sister mainly because she likes to cook. When she makes them I will try it. I tried one bite of the Heka bar. I didnβt like the taste or texture of that. The sun flower seeds were great. Just The Cheese was very good too. Iβve ordered the cheddar flavor before. This was my first taste of the jalapeno flavor. I would buy those again.
I havenβt tried anything else yet. Overall, I was disappointed not to receive the three bonus items. Iβm super picky about ingredients although I believe all things in moderation are ok. I just donβt care for the randomness of the krate enough to justify a subscription. If subscribers could choose their own items, that would be great. At least for me.
Lynn Terry says
Great feedback, Lisa! π Yes, the “new year special” sold out FAST. I was already subscribed so I didn’t get those either.
The best place to pick and choose single items to try, where you don’t have to buy a whole case of one thing or one flavor, is Netrition.
They often have singles where you can mix & match and put your own package together: http://www.netrition.com/cgi/goto.cgi?aid=3558
I’ve been shopping there for almost 9 years now for that very reason!
p.s. I noticed that too on the meat stick. Obviously the biggest ingredient is Pork, the rest is minimal flavoring. It can’t be much because it’s zero carbs, so it has to be less than half a gram at most. Not enough to hurt anything. π
Even a serving of broccoli has 3 grams of sugar (naturally occurring of course) so it can’t be avoided altogether. It all just counts in that 20 net carbs a day…
