New: Cinnamon Roll Keto Bar 😍

Perfect Keto just came out with a Cinnamon Roll Keto Bar. It’s only 3 net carbs and it’s VERY cinnamony! 😍

New Cinnamon Roll Keto Bar

I like four of the Perfect Keto products, all on this one page:

They now have FIVE flavors of keto bars:

🍫 Almond Butter Brownie
🍪 Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
🍯 Salted Caramel
🍋 Lemon Poppyseed
🍮 Cinnamon Roll

Their bars have GREAT ingredients: almond butter, collagen, mct oil, etc.

This is the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (left) and the Almond Butter Brownie (right) to give you an idea what their keto bars are like:

I use their bars (love all the flavors!) and also their MCT C8/C10 oil and unflavored collagen powder, and their nut butter is delicious!

I have all my favorites on this one page:

p.s. I just got back from a business trip in Atlanta where I was speaking at a conference. Stay tuned, I’ll show you what I ate – and what I wore! And what I didn’t eat, and why… Update! See: Keto Road Trip Post

I just ordered the Collagen powder and the C8/C10 MCT oil but what’s the difference between that and the 100% C8 oil? I do remember you did a post about it some time ago but I can’t find it now.

    Thanks 🙂

Hi Isobel 🙂 I have used both, and I get the same great results with the C8/C10 oil as I do the C8 oil – so the only difference I’ve noticed… is the price. 🙂 I don’t notice any other difference at all, so paying more for just C8 over the C8/C10 doesn’t make sense to me.

What you DON’T want is C6 or C12 in your oil, like in this example: https://www.travelinglowcarb.com/25447/dont-buy-this/
