Perfect Keto just came out with a Cinnamon Roll Keto Bar. Itโs only 3 net carbs and itโs VERY cinnamony! ๐
I like four of the Perfect Keto products, all on this one page:
http://perfectketo.com/lynnterry
They now have FIVE flavors of keto bars:
๐ซ Almond Butter Brownie
๐ช Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
๐ฏ Salted Caramel
๐ Lemon Poppyseed
๐ฎ Cinnamon Roll
Their bars have GREAT ingredients: almond butter, collagen, mct oil, etc.

This is the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (left) and the Almond Butter Brownie (right) to give you an idea what their keto bars are like:
I use their bars (love all the flavors!) and also their MCT C8/C10 oil and unflavored collagen powder, and their nut butter is delicious!
I have all my favorites on this one page:

I just ordered the Collagen powder and the C8/C10 MCT oil but whatโs the difference between that and the 100% C8 oil? I do remember you did a post about it some time ago but I canโt find it now.
Thanks ๐
Hi Isobel ๐ I have used both, and I get the same great results with the C8/C10 oil as I do the C8 oil โ so the only difference Iโve noticedโฆ is the price. ๐ I donโt notice any other difference at all, so paying more for just C8 over the C8/C10 doesnโt make sense to me.
What you DONโT want is C6 or C12 in your oil, like in this example: https://www.travelinglowcarb.com/25447/dont-buy-this/
