ANY weight loss is a victory! And NOT gaining weight is a victory too, even if you aren’t losing (or losing as quickly as you’d like). The most important thing about these challenges is getting healthier, creating new habits and breaking old habits, learning to make healthy choices – and staying focused on your personal health goals.

I haven’t set a date yet for the next Official Challenge, but it will definitely be kicking off soon. 🙂 Make sure you are signed up at 90DayLowCarbChallenge.com so you’ll get notified by email and won’t miss out.

Right now the tentative start date is Tuesday, November 1st running through the end of the year, for a fun year-end “survive the holidays” challenge.
In the meantime, I’ll continue eating low carb and sharing healthy lifestyle tips & ideas with you right here. So stick with me, and let’s continue on together. 🙂
Low Carb Challenge Discussion
I’m in the process of creating more structure to the low carb challenges, and am also creating some documents you’ll be able to download that should prove to be a big help. All of that should be available soon. I’ll keep you posted, of course. It’s a lot of work, but it is in progress.:)

In the meantime, I would love to hear what YOU want and need most when it comes to future low carb challenge events. Any ideas or feedback you have is welcomed, and I’ll certainly consider it all. I look forward to your input!
