I got my October Keto Krate this afternoon, and couldn’t wait to open it up and see what fun low carb products we got this time! 🙂
It’s like getting a big birthday surprise box every single month, lol. It’s so much fun!
I love that they send low carb products I may not have tried or even heard of otherwise, and that they’re hand-picked for quality and carb count.
I’ve really enjoyed mixing things up with all these cool products lately!
You can see what was in the July and August, and September boxes at those links.
In those 3 posts I gave you detailed price comparisons of each product in the box, and also gave you links where you could find the products individually. I’ll do the same for this box, because it’s fun to discover new low carb foods & fresh options.
If you just got the October Keto Krate too, I look forward to hearing YOUR thoughts. If you didn’t, you can sign up today and still get one because they’re shipping daily right now, until they run out. 🙂
The October Keto Krate: A Box Full of Low Carb Food Fun!
Each Keto Krate box comes with 6-9 full-sized low carb products. My last two boxes had 7 cool new foods in them. This one has 7 new things too!
I’m working with Keto Krate to help spread the word out about this awesome service, because I LOVE it. I can tell you firsthand they are super cool guys! Probably because they’re Canadian. 😉 Speaking of, they’re working on ways to be able to ship to Canada affordably. In exchange I get to try the products plus I earn a small one-time referral fee when you sign up. And I don’t get to dive into my box the minute it arrives and devour the chocolate, because I have to take photos & do product research to put together all these fun details for you!
Here are the 7 low carb products in this month’s Keto Krate box
I included the prices for each individual product as listed on Netrition (my favorite low carb store online!), Amazon, or their own website…
Foods Alive Onion Ring Clusters ($6.79)
This is the first thing I want to try!
Ingredients: Onions*, sunflower seeds*, pumpkin seeds*, hulled hemp seeds*, sesame seeds*, nutritional yeast, chia protein powder*, Himalayan pink salt, freeze dried reishi mushrooms*, garlic granules*, ginger powder*, turmeric*, fermented coconut tree sap*, black pepper*, red beet powder*. (The “*” means it’s an organic ingredient.) They’re $6.79 + $6.10 shipping ($12.89) at FoodsAlive.com.
Rawxies Gluten Free Smoked Paprika Crunch ($3.99+)
These are only 1 net carb per serving, and sound delicious! They come in a variety of flavors, but you can’t order them individually. You can order a pack of 4 on their website for $16.50 ($4.13 each) + $5 shipping. Or you can get them on Amazon in a pack of 6 for only $3.99 each with FREE shipping.
Chocorite Peanut Butter Cup Patties ($1.99)
Chocorite is one of my favorite brands for low carb chocolate bars. I love their Milk Chocolate Crisp Bar, and you can buy those in a smaller box. These peanut butter cup patties are $3 cheaper on Netrition than they are on the Chocorite website.
Vermont Smoke & Cure BBQ Beef Stick ($1.99)
There’s a slight discrepancy on the carb count. Keto Krate showed a different flavor that’s zero carb, Amazon says the BBQ stick I got is 1 carb, and the company website states they are 2 carbs each. Anyway, you can only buy them in a 24-pack for $32.95 ($1.37ea) + Shipping on their website. You can get a 6-pack on Amazon for only $4.99 ($0.83ea) w/Free Shipping.
Atkins Harvest Trail Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel Bar ($1.99)
This is a pretty small bar at 1.3 ounces. It’s 4 net carbs. I’ve had these before though and they’re delicious. These are about the same price on the Atkins website as they are on Netrition with $7.99 shipping! On Netrition you have one flat rate shipping no matter how much you order – so the shipping is basically “free” on this item if you’re already placing an order anyway: $6.99 for 5 bars on Netrition.
D’s Naturals Mint Cocao Chip No Cow Bar ($2.99)
The bar is 4 net carbs. They are currently sold out on DNaturals.com, but you can still get them on Netrition. They come in a box of 12 bars for 29.88.
These sound delicious!
Droewors All Natural Beef Sticks ($8.99)
These are zero carb grassfed beef sticks. They are $8.99 + shipping on ayoba-yo.com (mine came to $3.10 shipping to TN = $12.09). You can get them on Amazon for $10.99 with free shipping.
The first thing I want to try is the Onion Ring Clusters. I think… there are so many good things in this month’s box! 🙂
Price Breakdown & Comparison
You can get some of the items on Netrition where I indicated above, and they have a low flat-rate shipping of $5.95 no matter how much you order, but other items you’d have to order on Amazon or on their website.
Of course, you have to order most of the items in bulk or by the box instead of individually. Using the cheapest options, it would cost you $112.62 to purchase these products online…
That makes the Keto Krate a GREAT value at only $34.95! You can cancel anytime, or even order individual past Keto Boxes on their website too. They also include coupons & discount codes in every box, increasing the value even more.
It’s AWESOME to sample individual products at such a great price!
Cool Keto Krate facts:
- Always Low Carb: All snacks in Keto Krate have less than 5g of carbs per serving. Often much less.
- Natural Is Better: “Nuts, dried meats, dried cheeses and more. If it’s natural and low carb it’s at the top of our Keto snack list.”
- No Contract / Money-Back Guarantee: You can cancel at anytime, there’s no long term contract. And your satisfaction is guaranteed!
- NO MALTITOL
You get something different in your Keto Krate every single month, so it’s a great way to discover interesting new low carb products you may fall in love with!
Plus… who doesn’t LOVE to get a big fun package in the mail?? 🙂
What better way to reward yourself, and keep low carb’ing FUN?!
I’ll be using ALL of the products that came in my Keto Krate box so stay tuned to see what I think of them, how I use them, and what becomes a favorite…
Are you already a fan? If so, what did you try out of this box so far?
They are shipping daily right now until they run out of this October Keto Krate, so if you want THIS box you should sign up today. You’ll get it right away! You can cancel anytime, by the way – you don’t have to commit to a contract or anything.
I cannot wait to try the Onion Ring Clusters! 🙂

Got my KetoKrate today too, with 8 products in it. Did you NOT get the Featured Product? The Vanilla Coconut Noat-Meal? I did. Strange. It’s also printed on the backside of the product information sheet they include.
Lynn Terry says
lol We were just discussing that in my low carb group on Facebook. I should have titled this: “What’s NOT in the Keto Krate” π haha. Apparently there were two different versions of the box shipped out this time – which explains the delay on this one.

I got mine today and the first thing I tried was the onion rings! So tasty!
Lynn Terry says
I can’t wait to try those, Emily. They look SOOO good! π
Joan Wolf Dubey says
Ate em already π

Omg!! The Onion Ring Clusters are so GOOD!! I can see adding these to soups and salads! They give you big time onion breath though lol. My box also contained the Noat-Meal. I can’t wait to try it.

Please let me know how you like it. π I did NOT like the Sensato brand of hot cereal, so I’m anxious to hear about this one!
I have bbq spinach burgers leftover, so I think those would be great topped with the crispy onion clusters. YUM! I’m going to have that later today. π Fortunately my great dane doesn’t care about my breath. He better not anyway, he’s one to judge. π haha

You can buy the Adkins Harvest bars in a couple different flavors at Walmart’s and I can get them locally at my grocery store(food lion) and don’t have to buy in bulk. Also the D’s naturals no cow bars are available at Vitamin Shoppe in different flavors and don’t have to buy in bulk can buy single bars and I have seen some in GNC stores also!!
Just FYI to all in case you don’t want to wait or pay for shipping.
