The “exercise mini-challenge” details are coming soon. I’m getting a head start though, so I challenge you to do the same! 🙂
I’m off for a big hiking “10,000 steps” adventure in the woods, but before I head off I wanted to let you know about this Free Keto Summit that starts in a few days:
There are so many questions about a ketogenic low carb diet, and SO much misinformation floating around the web about it. It can be hard to get science-based facts & details, and of course there’s new research happening all the time too.
Chris Kelly and Louise Hendon have put together a free online Keto Summit with some world-class doctors, researchers, and athletes who share their latest and best knowledge on things like: how to refine your keto diet, ketone supplements, health benefits of keto, weight loss benefits of keto, and more.
I encourage you all to sign up and tune in.
You can watch it all online, from home or anywhere, and get a GREAT free education on the keto lifestyle and the science behind how & why it works.
Click above and get registered…
It starts in just a few days!
Once you register there’s a presentation you can watch right away too…
Plus you’ll get instant FREE access to the Keto Cooking Class!
Enjoy! 🙂

I signed up for the all access, anytime deal. I don’t want to miss any sessions and excited about the free books included. I started your challenge 1/4 Lynn but always looking for more information. Reread Keto Clarity on plane back from Seattle yesterday. Had me rethinking the amount of protein I consume every day. Anxious to hear any updates on this! Thank you for reccomending Lynn!

Hi Betsy! It looks like a GREAT line-up, and I wanted the extras too. π Jimmy Moore’s book is great, and he’s a super nice guy. We met in Asheville, NC awhile back when I hosted a low carb meetup there.
Anyway, you want to limit protein to no more than 25% of your total daily calories. I track in MyFitnessPal and do 20 net carbs max, 70% fat minimum – which usually keeps the protein in check.
Here’s a very simple explanation & illustration: http://www.travelinglowcarb.com/7006/macronutrients/
Eating high protein (more than 25%) even on a “regular diet” can lead to things like gout, kidney problems, etc.
