They’re shipping the September Keto Krate boxes this week, and I got a sneak peek of what we’re going to get this month! 🙂
I can’t wait to get the next box of low carb goodies! If you sign up now, you’ll get the same box I get next week…
What’s in the box?!
That’s exactly what I wanted to know… I’ve been counting down the days for this next box, lol.
See what was in the July and August ‘krates’ with a detailed list & price comparison on everything in them. It’s definitely a great value. Plus it’s FUN!
Here’s a quick video I shared about it:
I really enjoyed the low carb foods I got to try from that July box. Especially the Guy’s Sugar Free BBQ Sauce, that was definitely my favorite.
And from the August box, my favorite was the low carb brownie mix!!:)
It’s such a fun way to TREAT yourself. Plus it’s FUN to have something cool to look forward to every month. 🙂 It’s also a cool way to mix things up with new low carb products too, many of which I never would have found or tried on my own!
Anyway, the guys over at Keto Krate are super busy getting ready to pack & ship the September boxes, but they took a minute to answer my email and give me a “sneak peek” of what to expect in this month’s box:
As you can see, they sent me a teaser again. 😛
I was THRILLED to see Cello Whisps will be in the box! I have been wanting to try those for weeks, but they keep selling out at Netrition -lol. They’re back in stock now, but it’s super cool that we’re getting them in this Keto Krate!
I looked up the Hazelnut Coffee Shot too. Very interesting. The one review I read from a buyer piqued my interest. She (Elizabeth was her name) said:
“So yummy! Very Hazelnut flavor. Not sweet just nutty. If you chill it and mix it solid with cinnamon, it is beyond delicious with no stevia even added!”
Very cool. 🙂 I can’t wait to try it!
I love Nature’s Hollow products especially the Mountain Berry Sugar Free Preserves (YUM!), so I’m already thinking up fun ideas for the maple syrup.:)
How To Get The September Keto Krate…
All you have to do is sign up here if you haven’t already.
Wait – I’m required by law to tell you that they sent me a Keto Krate to review because they wanted to see if I would LOVE it and share it with you. Um, or maybe they just wanted to get me HOOKED (mission accomplished, lol).
In exchange for sharing, I earn a commission when someone signs up. It’s a small one-time “thank you” so thank YOU for using my link when you sign up for Keto Krate! It’s things like this that keep my blog and daily food diaries FREE for you.:)
Back to the details…
The two guys that run Keto Krate are super nice. I’ve been chatting back and forth with them for awhile now, and I’m very impressed with how cool they are and with how they run their operation.
I’ve learned that they ship out Keto Krates around the 26th or a little after, so the September Box will start arriving on doorsteps next week. That includes anyone already signed up, and anyone that signed up by August 25th.
Then for all the people that sign up from August 26th to September 15th (or until boxes run out) they ship out daily. For example, if you sign up on September 3rd they’ll ship out your Krate the next day – assuming they haven’t run out yet.
Pretty cool, right? 🙂

If you have any questions about it, let me know.
They have an FAQ page on their website (link above), but I’m happy to try to answer any question you have that you can’t find the answer to – or get the answer for you directly from them. They’re cool like that!
As soon as my box arrives I’ll share ALL the details, just like last time. 🙂
I’m anxious to see what they blurred out, lol.
Don’t miss out! You can still get a September Keto Krate too while they’re shipping daily. You can cancel anytime, so even if you just want to try it once you can do that.
You’ll love it. 🙂 I do!!
Best,

I’m super excited to get my September Keto Krate now after seeing this sneak peak. August was my first box and I loved it and still using the products. I’m still loving LCHF and I’m learning new things that work and don’t work for me. The most important thing I’ve learned is to be patient and not worry about stalls…to just keep going. This is the key to my success this time, I’m sure of it. At about 4 months in, I see clear patterns on my weight loss too, there are certain weeks in each month that I just don’t lose at all. I think it’s age/hormones…but it’s pretty consistent and then sure enough I start losing again. In the past I would have given up And gone on a Carb binge but I haven’t given up this time and it’s working!!! Being consistent and not giving up has allowed me to learn these patterns! So thank you again for all the tips and nformation and the encouragement out to all of us to just keep going!
That’s so awesome, Jennifer! That’s exactly what I learned in the Spring challenge from being so consistent – I learned my body’s natural weight loss patterns, the holds, etc. You become so much more in tune with how your body works when you stick to ONE thing long enough. π Good lessons to learn! It’s MUCH less frustrating, lol. *cheers*
ok–so I started back on Sunday. I have so much going on I was a little worried I would cave, but I haven’t. Still going strong. I am down 4 of the 10 I gained. I have exercised each day and eaten well. It is easiest when we go out for lunch and I eat something really good–that makes me feel like I am not on a diet and so full that the rest of the day is easy. My waitress knows my diet ( I was consistent from February through June) she gives suggestions and offers ideas. Thanks for all you do. I read each day and all the comments because in “real life” I don’t have anyone doing the diet with me.
That is super cool, Amy – what a great server! I’m glad you joined us here too, because we have such an amazing community of people doing this together. π It helps ME too!
Kudos for getting back on track and sticking it out. The first week is the toughest, as you know, so you’re doing great!! π
I’m struggling, I’m out of ketosis, not sure what caused it. I have still been eating very LCHF . I’ll keep going, I know I’ll start losing again.
Oh and FYI for everyone, Dr. Oz’s show today is on Ketosis!!
I had that happen to me a few times, Roye. For unknown reasons I mean. But do you mean you’re STILL out of ketosis from last weekend’s foods, or got in and back out again since then?
You’re using MyFitnessPal right? Are you doing 20 net carbs max, 70% fat minimum? If so, I wonder if you have a food culprit…
Thanks Lynn I think I found the culprit ……. it’s me! LOL. I have been tracking, I don’t do it everyday but the days I don’t are the ones that I’ve eaten what I’ve tracked before and kind of know the macros.
I was thinking it was the wine, and it probably is, I’ve been having a glass at night. I know it stalls you but does it kick you out of ketosis? I’m down a lb and half this morning? I do add the wine into my macros and I’m still 20g or lower.
I don’t know if it does or not – I don’t think it would. It just holds the scales for a couple days usually. But if you drink a small glass every night I guess that would pan out over time. π
Thanks so much for sharing! September will be my first month for keto krate and I’m so excited! I started the low carb challenge august 1st and am down 10 lbs so far
Wow, Tracie – that’s great progress in short time! π Congrats!!
You’ll really enjoy Keto Krate. I do! I find it SO much fun knowing I have a package coming, then getting it, then trying all kinds of cool new things. π And if you’re on social media (twitter, instagram, etc) it’s fun to follow the hashtags for #ketokrate or for specific products in the box for creative ideas.:)
Lynn, just like others have said you have helped me stay focused on losing weight. I fell off the wagon after losing 10lbs but have put myself back on today.
I look for your post all day long to keep me going (I mean all of your sites, hehe). I am doing this solo but after reading your post and the comments it’s like I am no longer alone on this journey.
Thank you for everything you are doing to help us.
Thank you, Becky!:) And kudos for getting right back on track! That’s the key of course, not to let it get away from you for too long. π
I’m so glad you find a sense of community here (too). I am doing this solo on my end as well, but having such a great group of people to do it with HERE makes a big difference!
I LOVE the Cello Whisps and have found them at Costco’s for a great price! I buy two bags at at time. I am slowly trying some of the recommended NETRITION products and have been pleased with the majority.
I’ll keep that in mind next time I’m in the city! It’s a 2 hour round trip for me. π haha. I’m so glad to hear ANOTHER great review on them. I can’t wait to try them!!
