Since weโre adding in exercise during the summer challenge, I thought Iโd share this with you real quick. ๐ Iโll be sending you a list of more home workouts you can do too that donโt require any equipment at all (or very inexpensive things like this) so stay tuned for that as well!
This week I got a fun package from Go Sport-It at Amazon: their Push-Up Bars, which they sent me free to review. Super nice! Especially considering Iโm seriously focused on my core & upper body right now. ๐

Just like the Core Slider Discs I showed you recently, the Go Sport-It Push Up Bars are very lightweight and portable too. I love that! I donโt want a lot of bulky workout equipment, and I certainly donโt want an entire home gymโฆ
I just want to get in amazing shape! ๐
I havenโt done a push-up in agesโฆ
Iโve been doing Tricep Dips and using my Ab Carver Pro. So when I did a few push-ups today, then tried the Push-Up Barsโฆ I was surprised at how many muscles I have NOT been working lately โ haha. Wowsa! That was a GREAT workout!!

Iโm excited to add this to my fitness rotation because my arms and upper body are a big focus right now, in addition to my core. Especially this time of year when Iโm wearing tank tops, and EEK โ a bathing suit. ๐
I have NOT ventured out in public in a bathing suit YET this year, by the way. I so want to thoughโฆ which is why Iโm focusing more on toning and building muscle, instead of just traditional cardio.
Push-Up Bars have been around for awhile, but these are exceptionally lightweight AND sturdy at the same time. They are taller than others too, giving you really good form and a GREAT workout. It also comes with a free resistance band. ๐

Plus I just kinda HAD to share that I could actually DO it, haha.
Iโve been so out of shape for so long, so it feels AMAZING to finally be able to do things like this โ and kayaking, and rock climbing, and hiking, ๐ lolโฆ life is FUN when you have the strength to get out and do crazy cool stuff!!
Oh โ and my outfit. Thatโs from Fabletics โ love, love love!
The Push-Up Bars have even more exercises to target your back, arms, chest, etc so I want to do a lot more with them. That and โmountain climbersโ with the Core Discs.
These cool fitness pieces are such a fun way to mix things up. ๐
