I woke up 1.4 pounds lighter today. 🙂
I love when that happens!
Especially after a long streak of the scales standing still, or fluctuating all over the place. 😛
I also slept just over 7 hours – seven FULL hours! That felt GREAT. I feel great! I woke up refreshed and feeling happy today. 🙂
There’s a steady rain here in Tennessee this morning, and it looks like it’s going to last most of the day. The weather has really cooled off lately, which is nice. It’s great to have the doors open, enjoying the breeze! But that means I’ll get my workout today indoors again.
Anyway, here is my food & exercise journal for yesterday…
Friday’s Low Carb Meals & Macros
For breakfast I had my “usual favorite” of Daisy Brand cottage cheese with pecans & strawberries – but with a twist this time. 🙂
Yesterday it was 1/2 cup of pecans and 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with only one strawberry – but I added in one square of my Peanut Butter Fat Bombs. YUM!
Breakfast 6 Net Carbs
I stir it all together and it makes a very nice low carb “cereal”:
For lunch I ate the rest of my sausage patties that I cooked the day before, and scrambled 2 large eggs with 1/2 ounce of colby jack cheese (off the block). I scrambled the eggs in real butter, since I didn’t have a hot skillet with sausage grease.

For dinner I just ate the last “Pecan Fudge Bar” I had left in the refrigerator. I made it using 1/4 cup raw pecan halves, with 2 1/2 of my Fudge Squares (melted) poured over it – then let it set up in the refrigerator until it was solid.

I also had 7 coffees yesterday, and 9 waters…

That’s 1.4 pounds lighter than yesterday!
At 11:15pm last night I only had 1,430 steps logged on my Fitbit. So I got up and did my cardio workout and ab carver exercise! 🙂
That brought me up to 4,401 total steps on the FitBit for yesterday. It’s not 10,000 steps – but it’s better than less than 1,500 😛 lol…
I barely got that promised workout in – but I slid it in right before midnight, lol. I was totally dripping with sweat and feeling awesome after that! 🙂 Since I have to exercise indoors again today (it’s quite wet outside!!) I may mix it up and do Zumba today instead.
