I love sharing my meals & macros with you. 🙂 It actually keeps me motivated, and holds me accountable to making the best possible choices.
I just started that again this week so here’s Monday and Tuesday – and Wednesday (yesterday) is below. I would really LOVE for your to comment and share what YOU ate, and what your macros totaled for the day! 🙂 We can be “low carb accountability partners”. I promise it will motivate YOU too!
I’ve decided to do a little low carb experiment – so stay tuned to hear more about that. It’ll be fun…
My Low Carb Food Diary For Wednesday
For breakfast I had my usual: 1/3 cup pecans, 1/4 cup Daisy Brand cottage cheese and a sliced strawberry. (4 net carbs)
For lunch, I grabbed take-out after my morning errands. I got bacon & eggs from a local place (with a double order of bacon). I like to order fried eggs when I get take-out or eat out, because you never know what they might add to scrambled eggs (like milk!) – or if they’re even “real eggs”. 😛
Anyway, two fried eggs & 4 slices of bacon. (1 net carb)
(Eggs are .6 carbs each, or 1 carb for two)
My son went out to dinner with a friend, so I had him bring me back an order: Taco salad (without the taco) with grilled chicken & shrimp, avocado , cheese & sour cream — from the Mexican restaurant.
That was delicious. 🙂
(I didn’t eat the tomatoes)
You can see how I entered that dinner in MyFitnessPal in my Food Diary below:
1398 Calories
19 Net Carbs / 28 Total Carbs
Macro Ratios: 69 / 25 / 6
I did have the one Atkins bar yesterday, which you can see under “Snacks”, but otherwise I ate super clean and all real food.
And I didn’t cook a single time, all day. LOL. Yay!
Your turn! What were your meals & macros for yesterday? 🙂
Best,

Hi Lynn!
Thanks so much for posting your meals and your MFP daily food list. This has helped me the most on day 14 of my journey back to me!

I’m glad, Rhonda! You’re welcome. π It’s a lot of fun, and like I mentioned in the post – it helps hold ME accountable too. *cheers*
p.s. I’m eating Captain D’s take-out tonight: grilled whitefish & double grilled shrimp with double green beans for the sides (“no rice, no breadstick please”).
