Join us for the 2-Week “KISS” low carb mini-challenge July 1st – 15th! This fun little challenge is a great fast-track kick starter to weight loss, or quick stall-breaker for those of you that have been eating low carb for awhile now. 🙂
It’s just 15 days. Only 2 weeks.
You can do this!
What is a KISS Challenge?
KISS is all about “keeping it simple”. For this challenge you will eat 20 net carbs a day max, get at least 70% of your daily calories from healthy fats, and shoot for no more than 3 ingredients on your plate for any of your meals.

The next “90 Day Low Carb Challenge” will start on Monday July 20th and run through Saturday October 17th. You can sign up now, participate in both, or simply continue eating low carb “your way” inside the challenge group. But I challenge you to go “KISS” with us… for just two weeks! 🙂
All you have to do is sign up by email (orange button below). Then check your inbox, confirm your request to join the challenge – and watch for the welcome email with instructions.

I know there are websites for this but It would be helpful to see people post what one of their daily meal plans consists of for ideas to stay at 20 or less grams of carbs!
Dana,
See: http://www.travelinglowcarb.com/6064/3-ingredients-rule/
That will give you some great ideas. 🙂

Also, tracking is key to lose. How are you tracking? I use MyFitnessPal, and this is how I have it set up: http://www.travelinglowcarb.com/4448/myfitnesspal-hack/
GOOD LUCK AND SEST WISHES TO ALL I wiegh 194
Great idea for a 3 ingredient challenge. I have been making things too complicated and am in a self imposed stall. I told hubby I will just add a roll, or some tater tots to his dinner as he is going on a 4 ingredient meal 🙂
Perfect timing too as I am leaving for a 4 weeks vacation on July 18. Get my body back on the right track with this.
It really does make it SO much easier – and less time spent in the kitchen too. 🙂 I’m glad you are joining in, Gail!
Okay, I’m in. Going to try this for 2 weeks, keeping my fingers crossed. Thanks for asking, I’m hoping this time might be the last time… start of something that lasts. I’ve tried LC before, but never had support or much of a plan. I like the ideas I’ve seen here… and I too travel an inordinate amount… we have that in common. Here’s hoping…!
Hi Jay! Easy is GOOD. It really helps me stick with it. 🙂 I actually enjoy eating low carb MORE when I’m traveling, because there are so many delicious (healthy!) options. Especially compared to MY (empty) kitchen, haha. *cheers*
I’m ready!!!
I am in
I’m in again… XD
Going to give it a go! Thank you! It will be a challenge.
I am in and very excited
I signed up for the 90 day challenge. But when I try to sign up for the mini challenge, it takes me back to the sign up for the 90 day. How do I sign up for the mini challenge? Thanks!
Hi Rebecca,
The challenge group & list is all the same. The 2 week challenge runs July 1st to 15th, and the next 90 Day Challenge starts on July 20th. 🙂 As long as you’re subscribed and join the group… you’re good to go!
I am in.
Thanks for the inspiration. I am going to give it my all!
I’ll take this challenge.
I love this KISS Challenge!!!!!
Me too, Kathe! 🙂
How to invite a friend for this challenge?
Hi Indira,
Simply send them to: http://www.90DayLowCarbChallenge.com so they can get signed up & join us. 🙂
I am so ready.
Thank you for having these posted. In a stall of some sort so going to use these as a guide. 🙂
You’re welcome, Brenda 🙂 You can find all 15 days of my Food Diaries at this one link: http://www.travelinglowcarb.com/tag/3imax/
The 3 Ingredients Rule is a great stall breaker! See: http://www.travelinglowcarb.com/6064/3-ingredients-rule/ for details on that.
That said, if I remember right you are just in your 2nd or 3rd week right? If so, it’s natural to experience a “hold” or even slight fluctuations on the scale during that time. It’s not a true stall, just your body adjusting to the initial weight loss. Almost everyone experiences that. It’s not a time to make drastic changes, just keep doing what was obviously working. 🙂 *cheers*
