We kicked off another 90 Day Low Carb Challenge on January 1st and had our first official weigh-in on Wednesday. It’s so encouraging and inspiring to see how much weight we lose collectively as a group each week.
And if I calculated it right, as a group we lost a whopping 890.55 pounds last week! 😀
In the last eight days, I have lost 5.6 pounds. This week (January 6th-13th) happens to be National Lose Weight / Feel Great Week, and I can tell you that I am definitely feeling GREAT! 😉
It’s not too late to join us if you want to jump in and start seeing some amazing weight loss results. We have new people joining the challenge every day, and it’s a super fun group. Lots of inspiration, motivation, great recipes & low carb food ideas, and INSPIRING before and after weight loss pictures even.
There were many people that lost 7-11 pounds during their first week on the low carb diet. When I first started eating low carb, I lost 8 pounds in the first 10 days. I love that it works so fast, because fast results are really inspiring and motivate you to stay on track! I also love that I don’t have to starve myself, or eat boxed meals, or worry with counting calories and all that jazz.
My week one report of a collective 890.55 pounds lost is not an actual number, by the way. Many members chose not to weight in publicly, and some posted their progress in other places within the group – so that number is based only on those that posted in the official week one weigh-in thread. I’m guessing we shed well over 1,000 pounds together last week. 😀
