We just kicked off another fun 90 Day Low Carb Challenge and I’ve already lost 3 pounds in 5 days, which is definitely worth celebrating! Especially when you can eat delicious foods, like the berries I was devouring in that picture. 😀 LOL.
It also happens to be National Lose Weight / Feel Great Week running January 6th-13th.

I’m aiming to get back to the gym, and put my new sneakers on the treadmill. I’ve been slacking with exercise lately, and want to get back to making it part of my daily routine, whether I hit the gym or take my Great Dane for a brisk walk. When weather permits of course. It’s FREEZING out there today! 😛
