I haven’t posted in awhile. The truth is, the last couple of months have been tough. I’ve been in a weight loss stall, I’ve been discouraged, and I’ve tried all sorts of things to break out of both.
The New Year was a great opportunity to kick the attitude and get back on a roll, but unfortunately I rang in the new year with a nasty flu that lasted WEEKS. Ugh, lol.
But today… today I feel GOOD. 😀

Today I am starting the 100 Day Challenge hosted by Gary Ryan Blair. You may have read about his work in the Wall Street Journal or NY Times. The challenge is getting rave reviews and stirring up lots of talk!
You could use the challenge to lose weight, stick to eating low carb consistently, get into a serious fitness routine, quit smoking, pay off your debt, take your business to the next level, finally organize your home – or whatever YOU most want to accomplish in your life.
I’m finishing the orientation today, figuring out exactly what my goals will be, and digging into this Challenge! It just feels like NOW is the time. 😀
And if you want to join in too, now IS the time. Registration ends at midnight tonight. That’s tonight as in Monday, January 14th at midnight (I’m not sure which time zone, though).
