Most collagen powder won’t dissolve as well in cold liquids in my experience, but it blends in fine with creamy things you probably already use every day – like salad dressing and sour cream.
But you can easily add collagen powder to your unsweetened almond milk & protein shakes! 🥛 The trick is to dissolve the collagen in just a little hot water first, let it cool, then add it to your shake or iced coffee 🧋 or even your water. Problem solved! 🙂

I use unflavored collagen powder because it’s more versatile, but the flavored collagens can be fun to cook with too. I made strawberry chaffles for example 🍓 using a strawberry collagen powder.
My daughter loves the Cinnamon Toast collagen, which would be a great addition to this low carb blueberry muffins recipe or cream cheese pancakes. 🥰
