Free Pass to 24 Hour Fitness: Week Free!


I’ve been talking about Curves and what a great experience I had with their special promotion. BUT, it’s just for women – and it’s not for everyone.

So I found another great deal for you. 😉

It’s a 24 Hour Fitness Free Week.

24 Hour Fitness has over 400 clubs across the U.S., and other locations worldwide. I’ve never been to one, as there aren’t any in or near my area.

Some of them are open up to 24 hours a day, which is really nice (for those of us that sometimes keep odd hours – lol). They have state-of-the-art equipment, cardio and resistance training, online nutrition, fun group exercise classes, and personal help from their staff of certified personal trainers.

One of the perks is that they offer a monthly membership, so you’re not automatically locked in to a long term contract like with most gyms. I know at my local gym it was a minimum 12-month contract to join.

Fortunately Curves offers a monthly option as well, though they have a great rate if you do choose the annual membership – which is probably what I’ll go with. I’m really enjoying it so far! 😀

Anyway, I hope the 24 Hour Fitness Free Week is of interest to those of you that aren’t interested in Curves – you fellows, for example! 😉 – or that don’t have a Curves in your area. After losing 25 pounds on the low carb diet (and, um, gaining 5 back recently – but that’s a topic for another post, lol) I’m ready to start toning, and really want to strengthen my core.
