    I also signed up. I’ve begun practicing low carb with a bit of success. Purchased mct oil powder and mct oil. Have also purchased some Keto bars and nut butters and consuming all of them. Now I keep hearing you and others talk about collagen that I’m interested in. Can you give me product recs?

        I purchased mct oil powder online. Not sure who from, so many choices. It’s called: Sports Research, MCT oil powder. The oil is from Walmart:Better Body Foods. Coconut Mct oil.
        Don’t know how they compare in effectiveness but do know the price is less than perfect Keto.
        I have purchased nut butter and bars from perfect Keto.
        As a retired nurse, I know it’s not the brand but the ingredients in products that counts. Hope to learn lots from the conference.Thanks Lynn

          Hi Sue,

          You’re right, there ARE a lot of choices – and it’s definitely the ingredients that count. I spent two weeks researching more than 50 brands, and unfortunately most of them are NOT pure or effective.

          The problem with that MCT Oil Powder and many others is that it contains other ingredients that retard the instant results you get from a pure MCT Oil or Powder.

          When they add those ingredients, it changes the product from being something that is “calories burned” to being “calories stored” – which is what you don’t want. 😉

          Here’s all the research I did on that, and my spreadsheet where I compared the quality and value of the various types of MCT products:

          When I compared over 50 brands for quality and value, Kiss My Keto had the best price on a pure / high quality oil. My discount code is LOWCARBTRAVELER… But I don’t buy anything else there. I don’t like their bars at all. 😜

          I’m using Perfect Keto MCT C8/C10 Oil, also great quality and price. My discount code is LOWCARBTRAVELER there too, and I order their bars & nut butter and also use their unflavored collagen.
