I’ve been having a lot of fun hosting LIVE videos on both Facebook and Instagram lately, from Q&A style to product reviews to helpful information for your low carb lifestyle.
Including a fun video LIVE from Taziki’s Mediterranean Cafe (below). 🙂
Speaking of product reviews, I just got a BIG package full of low carb fun from KNOW Foods to review for you. I am an affiliate for them and earn commissions on sales I refer, and we are talking now about more fun ways we can work together – to better serve YOU.:)
Anyway, yesterday they had a buy-one-get-one-free sale on their Low Carb Donuts so I was letting everyone know about it.
That sale is over now, but don’t worry – I tried them LIVE on video and decided I definitely prefer their Low Carb Cookies instead (3 out of the 4 flavors, at least!). 😉

I recommend all 3 cookie flavors (NOT lemon, though!), the low carb wraps and the low carb bars. They’re delicious!
Those 3 products will fit best into your low carb lifestyle and keto macros.
I hope you enjoyed the video above, and decide to enjoy some low carb treats as well! If you have any questions about KNOW Foods products, leave a comment.;)
Eating low carb at restaurants can be challenging…
Here are some helpful tips from the “Low Carb Traveler” on scouring the menu for fun keto-friendly restaurant meal ideas! 🙂
I got such great feedback on both Facebook and Instagram on the live videos, so I thought you would enjoy them too.:)
I would love to hear your thoughts or questions!
A lot of people were VERY appreciative of the KNOW Foods product taste-testing and MY feedback on them… because it saves you from testing & trying things for yourself, at your own expense.
That’s one of the many things I *love* about what I do. I go to these companies (usually based on your requests) or they come to me, and we work out a deal where I can review and try their products – and let you know what to expect from them.
I also love that you all share YOUR opinions and experiences as well, because that helps everyone make the best buying decisions when it comes to low carb products – especially with so many new products hitting the market lately!
Speaking of, if you have something you want me to review… let me know! Or if you need a recommendation for a certain kind of low carb product, just leave a comment and ask. I’m VERY picky, and very honest -lol.
And while those Low Carb Donuts were DELICIOUS, I’m just way too stingy with my carbs – so I’m sticking to the BIG chewy Low Carb Cookies instead. 😉
Like I said in the first video, at only 4 net carb each, but almost 400 calories (and so big most people cannot finish them in one sitting!)… they make a GREAT breakfast or healthy meal replacement – like a quick lunch, or a filling health food on a road trip.
They’re not junk food like a lot of bars/shakes either. They are all natural, gluten free, paleo friendly (meaning: all real food), and made with super foods.
That’s a cookie to get HAPPY about! 🙂 lol…

Lynn, I love your live videos! Thanks so much for taking the time to do those and for reviewing products for us. In my two years of LC WOE I’ve never ordered any of the lc products but I just placed an order from “knowbetter” foods! (I hope I ordered correctly so you get credit)
Why do we as women feel guilty for treating ourselves?? Lol. After realizing how much money I’ve saved in two years by not buying candy, cookies and other garbage I decided I deserve to treat myself and I’m so excited!
Last October I finally reached135lbs and have stayed within two pounds of that for a YEAR! But, as of this morning I am again down to 133. My goal is 130 so I may be there NEXT YEAR. OMG, it’s taken me a year to lose two pounds! Lol.
I have also learned how to order at ANY restaurant. I study the menu and ask questions. Everyone has been more than accommodating and sometimes they will even go to the kitchen and talk to the chef.
Thanks again for all you do and for helping ME learn to live this WOE. It has truly changed my life and IS my WOE now. Being thin is great BUT, feeling great and being out of pain (no more migraines) is worth so much more! Have a blessed day.

Thank you, Marti! π You are going to LOVE the products from KNOW Foods. I’ll do a detailed review on them as well. Some of them are higher carb than I want to use, but I really love the cookies — and the bars & wraps are next on my list to try because the carb counts and macros are great for our lifestyle. π
It’s SO nice to find low carb replacements for foods we miss, without having to go off plan, AND a food that’s made with healthy ingredients!
I know how you feel with the slow weight loss lol. Anywhere near goal weight is the MOST challenging weight to lose! I’m *almost* back in the 130’s after a tough year on multiple meds (including two rounds of steroid shots, ack!). I lack LESS THAN a pound getting back in that bracket, lol.
KUDOS for maintaining so well for an entire year though! That’s a HUGE achievement. π π
I’m with you – being lean feels good, but FEELING good is the best part of all.;) And I have good experiences dining out too. In fact my server is usually impressed and says my meal looks fabulous!
Here’s to keeping on keeping on, and getting those last few pounds off – together. π *cheers*

I would love a peanut butter cookie from KNOW! I love the chocolate chip and double chip too, but hoping they make my favorite peanut butter soon:)
Lynn Terry says
Oh my, Lonnie – that would be GREAT. π I let Aaron eat the KNOW low carb waffles because at 4 net carbs each those were too high carb for my taste – but he LOVED them, and said they’d be even better in blueberry. π
I think the reason they stick to their two main flavors is because they are keeping them all natural, and some of the other flavors we would love… would require preservatives or unnatural ingredients. That’s my guess.
I do LOVE that they are all natural and made with super foods. It makes them a great choice to enjoy on the go or in a pinch. π

I received the Keto Krate in last week and have been nibbling on the know cookie. As delicious as it is, I have since gained 2 pounds and still haven’t finished it. I will be tossing it in the trash regretfully.
Lynn Terry says
Hi Paula π
I’ve eaten two whole KNOW cookies since then, and I’ve actually been losing weight again over the last 10 days… so the cookie may not be the culprit. π
It doesn’t have any sugar alcohol or anything other than “real food” ingredients, so is it possible that there’s another culprit? I know even with a hysterectomy I still have hormone cycles (men do as well, btw) so my weight fluctuates naturally throughout the month. Sometimes it’s sodium or alcohol or other things too.
I wouldn’t throw it away over a couple of pounds though. π But that’s just me!
