They’re shipping out the next Keto Krate boxes today, so I’m getting excited about getting mine!
This one looks REALLY good. 🙂
They are shipping a second batch next week, so you can still get this month’s box. Here’s the link to get the March Keto Krate box.
Note: They are now Gluten Free in addition to being Low Carb and Keto Friendly! 🙂
Make sure you wait for the note to load, to get a $5 off coupon.
Here’s what I’ve been eating the last two days, all super easy low carb meals… plus lots of keto cookies, lol. Mostly I had leftovers and easy stuff the last few days…
Monday’s Low Carb Meals
I had veggies for breakfast. They were leftover cheesy veggies with a parmesan crunch topping. It’s broccoli, cauliflower & mozzarella topped with crushed cello whisps. Delicious! 🙂
For lunch I made bacon & eggs…
Since I ate vegetables for breakfast, and breakfast for lunch, this is a totally acceptable dinner… right? 🙂 LOL. It was a leftover pork chop and a leftover slice of bacon. Easy!
I also had cookies on Monday. I tried the new Snickerdoodle Keto Kookies (yum!) and also had a 2-pack of the Chocolate Chip. 🙂
Here’s how I logged Monday’s meals:
Tuesday’s Low Carb Meals
I decided to have those cookies again… for breakfast. 🙂 They’re sugar free, gluten free, low carb cookies, and buttery delicious! I also had a TBSP of peanut butter – just because it sounded good.
My low carb lunch – bacon & eggs, again! 🙄
For dinner last night I had baked chicken thighs & cheesy veggies. They’re the last of the leftover vegetables I had for breakfast the day before. The thighs were just baked with a little olive oil and salt & pepper. Quick & simple!

Oh my goodness those cookies look delicious. Sometimes spending a bit of money to help keep you on the diet is worth it. I might just splurge. I am still going strong. Thanks for your post! It helps encourage me.

They really are good – and nice to have on hand. π I agree, it’s like Halo Top low carb ice cream. That keeps me on track when I might otherwise go off plan to have GOOD ice cream. It was nice to find a brand that I *can* enjoy while staying on track!!

Hi, Lynn,
I’ve been following your recipes and food tips here for a while now. And I’m happy to report that my husband and I have lost around 25 pounds each in the past few months by eating low carbs.
The Keto Krates always looked interesting, but since some of the foods contained gluten, I couldn’t eat them. But now that all the foods in the Krates are gluten-free, I just signed up. I’m looking forward to a little variety in our menus with the foods in the Keto Krates.
Thanks so much.

Wow Suzanne – congrats to you both!! And kudos for taking control of your health together. π That made my day!
A LOT of people were really happy that Keto Krate went Gluten Free. You’ll LOVE it. It’s so much fun to get a new box every month! π I love the variety too. I’ve discovered some GREAT low carb foods that way. Things I never would have found otherwise.;)

So I just ordered the Keto Cookies – chocolate chip, but how are they compared to Good Dee’s, which I love? So far I’m holding steady with my weight loss and staying at 130. It seems to be a good weight for me. The only snacks I allow myself are Cello Whisps (they now come in Cheddar too – yum!), Moon Cheese and pork rinds – and an occasional Good Dees brownie or cookie.

Great question, Betsy! The Keto Kookies are pre-made and pre-packaged of course, but otherwise they are VERY similar to Dee’s – and she now has both Snickerdoodle AND chocolate chip cookie mixes: http://www.gooddees.com/?rfsn=491662.6ffc1 They both use erythritol, which is ideal – because it doesn’t upset your stomach like most sugar substitutes. And it tingles on your tongue a little. π
I haven’t tried them side by side, but I should do that for a more true comparison! I love the Keto Kookies for convenience (especially since I don’t cook lol). They’re easy to just grab & go, or throw in your lunch or whatever.
With Good Dee’s mixes you can add your own additional ingredients though, like walnuts etc. π They way I made my low carb brownies with her mix was amazing: http://www.travelinglowcarb.com/13196/low-carb-brownies/ !!

That was such a great question (Good Dee’s vs Keto Kookie) that I did some more digging, and posted this: https://www.facebook.com/lowcarbtraveler/posts/1575197942508795 The difference in prices, carb counts, etc. π
