I got my November Keto Krate this weekend, and couldn’t wait to open it up and see what fun low carb products we got this time! 🙂
It’s like getting a big birthday surprise box every single month, lol. It’s so much fun!
I love that they send low carb products I may not have tried or even heard of otherwise, and that they’re hand-picked for quality and carb count.
I’ve really enjoyed mixing things up with all these cool products lately!
You can see what was in the July and August, and September and October boxes.
In those 4 posts I gave you detailed price comparisons of each product in the box, and also gave you links where you could find the products individually. I’ll do the same for this box, because it’s FUN to discover new low carb foods & fresh options.
If you just got the November Keto Krate too, I look forward to hearing YOUR thoughts. If you didn’t, you can sign up today and still get one because they’re shipping daily right now, until they run out. 🙂
The November Keto Krate: A Box Full of Low Carb Food Fun!
Each Keto Krate box comes with 6-9 full-sized low carb products. My last three boxes had 7 cool new foods in them. This one has 6 brand new products to try!
I’m working with Keto Krate to help spread the word out about this awesome service, because I LOVE it. I can tell you firsthand they are super cool guys! Probably because they’re Canadian. 😉 Speaking of, they’re working on ways to be able to ship to Canada affordably. In exchange I get to try the products plus I earn a small one-time referral fee when you sign up. And I don’t get to dive into my box the minute it arrives and devour the chocolate, because I have to take photos & do product research to put together all these fun details for you!
Here are the 6 low carb products in this month’s Keto Krate box
I included the prices for each individual product as listed on Netrition (my favorite low carb store online!), Amazon, or their own website…
KZ Chunky Musli Breakfast Cereal ($12.99)
This is the first thing I want to try! This sounds ideal with almond milk, in a low carb bread/biscuit recipe, as a trail snack… Stay tuned for how I use it. 😉 You can get it on Amazon for $12.99 or a larger bag for $19.99 which is a better deal.
They have quite a few other products that look interesting & appeal to me too: view their Amazon store here to see.
These are getting RAVE reviews around the web already!
You can get a 6-Bar Variety Pack of different flavors on Amazon for $3.83 each. The variety pack has: two 10g Dark Mint, one 50g Dark, one 50g Milk, one 50g Dark Raspberry and one 50g Dark Almond bar –see details
King Made Jerky, Buffalo Style ($8.99)
This flank steak jerky (buffalo style) is 3 carbs per 1 oz serving.
It’s not available on Amazon or Netrition, and you can only buy it in bulk on the KingMadeJerky.com website, for $138.99 for 18 packs ($7.72 each, this same 2.25 ounce size), or $46.99 for a 1 pound bag.
Nutilight Hazelnut Milk Chocolate Spread ($8.49)
I think I’ll mix this with coconut oil and make fudge squares out of it. 🙂 And make my low carb honey biscuits to spread it on too!
You can get it $2 cheaper on Netrition for only $6.99 (it’s $8.99 on Amazon).
Sprouted Pili Nuts with Coconut Oil & Himalayan Salt ($5.99)
These are only 1 carb per ounce and VERY high fat. I can’t wait to try them! They’re not available on Netrition, and they’re currently unavailable on Amazon, but you can order them on their website at EatPiliNuts.com in various sizes/flavors. The smallest size there is a 5 ounce bag for 16.99 + free shipping.
The first thing I want to try is the Chunky Musli Cereal. I think… there are so many good things in this month’s box! 🙂
Price Breakdown & Comparison
You can get some of the items on Netrition where I indicated above, and they have a low flat-rate shipping of $5.95 no matter how much you order, but other items you’d have to order on Amazon or on their website.
Of course, you have to order most of the items in bulk or by the box instead of individually. Using the cheapest options, it would cost you $228.35 to purchase these products online…
That makes the Keto Krate a GREAT value at only $34.95! You can cancel anytime, or even order individual past Keto Boxes on their website too. They also include coupons & discount codes in every box, increasing the value even more.
It’s AWESOME to sample individual products at such a great price!
Cool Keto Krate facts:
- Always Low Carb: All snacks in Keto Krate have less than 5g of carbs per serving. Often much less.

You get something different in your Keto Krate every single month, so it’s a great way to discover interesting new low carb products you may fall in love with!
Plus… who doesn’t LOVE to get a big fun package in the mail?? 🙂
What better way to reward yourself, and keep low carb’ing FUN?!
I’ll be using ALL of the products that came in my Keto Krate box so stay tuned to see what I think of them, how I use them, and what becomes a favorite…
Are you already a fan? If so, what did you try out of this box so far?
They are shipping daily right now until they run out of this November Keto Krate, so if you want THIS box you should sign up today. You’ll get it right away! You can cancel anytime, by the way – you don’t have to commit to a contract or anything.
I cannot wait to try everything in this box! It ALL sounds good. 🙂

I had Musli for breakfast with low-carb yogurt. It was excellent. And the chocolate bar?!!! It is the best!!. I only ate half, and it was very satisfying. I’ll definitely order both of those items. Can’t wait to see what you do with the hazelnut spread, Lynn. I love the Keto Krates.
Lynn Terry says
I agree, Donna – I just tried the Chunky Musli and LOVE it! It’s a great “granola” type snack. I can definitely see me packing this on my hikes. π

Hi Lynn, I received my krate and the candy bar is gone, poof! and we tried the nuti light. I have ordered more candy, lol. Same flavor as our keto krate had. I need to make the biscuits for the nuti light. I just tasted it plain. Tasted pretty good but I need something to put it on, or make your fudge. Whats that recipe?
Love my Keto Krate!
Lynn Terry says
Hi Julie π Here’s the recipe for the low carb honey almond biscuits: http://www.travelinglowcarb.com/13861/honey-almond-biscuits/
I’m thinking the plain biscuits (no honey) would be great with the Nutilight spread.
And here’s the recipe for the fudge squares:
http://www.travelinglowcarb.com/6247/low-carb-peanut-butter-fudge/
I would replace the peanut butter with the Nutilight.
The chunky musli was SO good that I may make a low carb bar using the fudge recipe, like this one – with the musli instead of the pecans:

π Lots of fun ideas with this month’s foods!

I’ve been seeing the Pili Nuts everywhere and curious about them. Anything similar in flavor you would compare them to?
Lynn Terry says
Hmm, like a cross between almonds and macadamia nuts, but softer than pecans, and somehow tastes like it’s made of butter. π
Pia says
Well now I’m even more curious will have to grab some, thanks for replying….

I loved this month’s box!! Of course, I ate the chocolate bar first and it was such a great treat! I love the Nuti Light chocolate hazelnut too and I used it once with your low carb crepe recipie! I made your low carb crepes without the blueberries and pecans…still with the SF Toroni Vanilla Syrup and then I spread a little of the nuti light and OMG it’s good! It just doesn’t seem right to have such a treat for breakfast and still lose weight and feel good!!! I’m traveling this week so I might bring the pili nuts and buffalo jerky for snacks! I seriously love keto karate and thank you for promoting it on your blog!! I’m 6 months in now and 25 lbs down with about another 25 to go. I wish it was faster but I’m consistently going the right way!
Lynn Terry says
I’m so glad to hear that, Jennifer – and congrats on your weight loss. π 25 pounds in 6 months is GREAT! Kudos!!
I’m eating my chocolate bar tonight – with peanut butter. π
You’ll LOVE the Pili Nuts. They are so buttery and rich. Mmm. Enjoy!!
