I shared my easy low carb meals on Friday and Saturday with you in my last post. So this is what I had yesterday…
Yesterday was a weird day though. I couldn’t sleep. Well, I did – something like 11 or 12 hours – but it was all spread out through the day, lol.
Geez! Maybe all that exercise, sunshine and fresh air caught up with me. 😛
^ That means, yes, I’ve been up since around 9:30 last night. I snuck in a 3 hour nap this morning before Monday kicked off, but I’m dragging today You can be your bacon I’ll be in bed early tonight!
I track my sleep patterns, and quality of sleep, with my FitBit Charge HR. I have the plum colored one you see in the picture. 🙂
It tracks my steps, times my workouts and tracks the calories burned, and it even tells me when I am pissed off beyond belief – by stating my resting heart rate (just sitting still) is in the cardio zone. 🙂 lol.
My Low Carb Meals & Macros For Yesterday
I woke up super early (just after 3am, as you can see above), so I finished the “peanut butter pecan bark” with my coffee during the early morning hours. Just after sunrise, I made half a pound of sausage and fried a couple of eggs:
For lunch, I had what was left of the sausage, with two eggs scrambled with 1/2 ounce of Colby Jack cheese.
For dinner I had 2 pieces of my low carb cheesy bread. Instead of the shredded parmesan in that recipe, I used shredded mozzarella – as that’s all I had on hand. And no garlic – just plain cheesy bread:
I ate two of those, and saved the other two for breakfast this morning. 🙂
Here’s how my Macronutrients worked out for the day:
Stay tuned for today’s low carb meals & macros – because my “today” spanned from midnight to 9pm my time. 😛 I’ll tell you something I ate that I NEVER recommend anyone eat (and why, lol), and what I binged out on for dinner tonight – which was totally low carb, but a fun “binge” nonetheless. 🙂 *cheers*
