Several times a year I host a 90 Day Low Carb Challenge. While our group stays open and active year round, the “official challenges” are a lot of fun!
Our current challenge has a fun new theme! It’s the
90 Day “Healthy Choices” Low Carb Challenge. 😀

Feel free to join in (and jump right in!) anytime. Like I said, the group is open and super-active year round, and you are welcome to start on the day you join and participate in the current challenge.
During the 90-Day “Healthy Choices” Low Carb Challenge running July 16th-October 13th, the goal is to make healthier food & lifestyle choices. Join us for the fun, the food photos & recipe shares, the challenge, and the “healthy choices” mini-challenges along the way!
90 Day “Healthy Choices” Low Carb Challenge Details:
- First, make sure you are subscribed by email at http://www.90DayLowCarbChallenge.com to get Official Challenge updates and notifications. You can also use that link to invite friends to the challenge.
The challenge group is PRIVATE. Only group members can see posts in this group, so you don’t have to worry about sharing your “diet details” or health & weight loss publicly.
- Take a Before Picture! You don’t have to share your pictures, but you’ll regret not having a “before” picture at the end of the challenge to see how different you look. 😀 Take a picture from the front, back and a side view. See John’s transformation!
There will be an “Official Weigh-In” post in the Low Carb Group each Wednesday throughout the 90 Day Challenge. These are optional, but a great way to track your progress and stay accountable to your goals! Each weigh-in thread is linked in the Pinned Post at the top of the group so you can find them easily, and you’ll also receive email notification with the link.

“Low Carb” and “Healthy Choices” Explained…
For the purposes of this challenge, your goal will be to eat 20 Net Carbs per day (max) for 90 full days. While I don’t personally do Atkins or Phases this is a great Low Carb Food List to get familiar with low carb foods.
I recommend you use MyFitnessPal with the Keto Hack to track your meals closely.
For the current challenge, we have a fun “Healthy Choices” Theme so you’ll want to watch for posts from me on that, and watch for the Emails with specific details on any mini-challenges in the group. Participation in the theme, or even in the weekly weigh-ins, is not mandatory, but the mini-challenges should prove fun!
There are currently 23,225 members in the challenge group (as of 11:15am Eastern on 7/15/2014) – and growing! I expect we’ll top 25,000 members for this challenge easily, if not 30k+. 😉

I put weight on VERY easily even “eating healthy” if I don’t eat low carb, so I’m challenging myself even harder than ever this go round. 😉 See you there!

Hello. I’ve been on the low carb lifestyle since April 2002 and I’ve done amazing! I love my way of eating and I’ve decoded to join the 90 day challenge to jump start myself into ketosis again and see if I can loose 10-15 lbs. (after being on low carb for so many years you don’t track carbs anymore and sometimes weight will creep on) so it’s very very important to track how many carbs go in so weight gain doesn’t come back 🙂

The low carb challenge at http://www.90DayLowCarbChallenge.com is simple: Eat 20 net carbs per day for 90 full days. It’s a LCHF (low carb high fat) diet, so 20 net carbs max, 70% fat minimum.
Some members do specific plans or Atkins phases, others don’t. I personally do not, I just keep it that simple (above). It’s a fun group! Join us. 🙂
