Lynn’s right. Don’t eat other people’s cole slaw, not even Mom’s π but you can make your own with cabbage, mayo, and a little dab of sugar free sweetener.

Ooh – I forgot to mention the Broccoli Slaw! You can get it bagged in the salad shelf of the produce section. Great raw, could add mayo etc to make a slaw-type salad, and also great for making stir-fry by adding mushrooms & grilled chicken/steak. π
But for cookouts, would make a great super low-carb slaw-type salad. I also like cucumbers cut up & salted, then stir in a tablespoon of mayo. Another great low-carb cold side dish.
