  1. Cindi says:

What a fabulous resource, Lynn! All our tools for success in one place. Thank you! ☺️

  2. amy says:

Would love to do this!! BUT…I am trying not to be a “slave to the scale” . I have started the low carb eating about 6 weeks ago, and weighed then when I was at the doctor.

Okay to join but not “weigh” in??!!!

  3. Cookie Brown says:

Even though I have been trying LC since April 1st,, I’m going to join now and try to get more help. I am a diabetic so I need to loose the weight.

    • Lynn Terry says:

      Hi Cookie,

I’m glad you’re joining us! When you say “trying LC” – does that mean you’re having problems with it? And if so, did the links I shared in this post to more information prove helpful to you? If not, let me know what you need help with. πŸ™‚

  4. Joni C says:

Lynn – I’m jumping on this new challenge. I already get email info from previous challenges…do I need to sign up for the summer one?

  5. KD says:

20 has always been my max with low carb, for more than 40 years now lol

    • Lynn Terry says:

Awesome, KD! πŸ™‚ I’m only 5 years in, and I *still* find it a challenge some days, lol. πŸ˜‰

      • KD says:

Oh, I haven’t followed it that long, I just know that I can’t eat more than 20 a day or I’m in trouble. Been in a lot of trouble for the past couple years LOL

  6. Merlyn says:

    I’m in! So excited!

  7. Shari Anderson says:

I am ready for this challenge! Lets do this πŸ™‚

  8. Jer says:

I am ready. I have been gaining and losing the same 5 pounds for years. But I need to lose a lot more than 5 pounds.

  9. Regenia Parlor says:

I’m ready to try this… I’ve been procrastinating for a long time… At one point I was considering weight loss surgery, but my cousin suggested I try this first… So I figure nothing beats a failure but a try!!! I’m ready to make a lifestyle change for the better!!! So excited!!!

    • Lynn Terry says:

Hi Regenia πŸ™‚ I’m SO glad you are trying the low carb challenge first! If you do have weight loss surgery… you end up having to go on a low carb diet for life ANYway. Many people would have lost the weight naturally if they had just done that first.

Surgery is such a big deal, with so many potential complications. So if you’re going to end up on “low carb for life” anyway, you might as well just do that. πŸ˜‰ We had a discussion on it here awhile back, by the way: http://www.travelinglowcarb.com/5751/weight-loss-surgery-discussion/ πŸ™‚
